S & F pre laminated 18mm thick lead free factory made 100% solid WPC (wood polymer composite) sheet having high natural fiber conter 25 to 30% wood colour sheets with density not less than 500 kg/cum and the weight of sheet of 1 Sqm should be 11 kg (+/- 5%) manufactured by ISO 9001-2015 certified company. the sheet should be 100% water proof, ermite proof, fire ratardant, manufacured by single layer extrusion process with exellent screw holding capacity and shore D hardnes, compete as per direction by Engr-in-Charge.

18/19mm thick Prelaminated particle board, termit proof, chemically well pressed, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work, as in kitchen cabinet, cub boards, etc including 6mm thick teak wood beading all around complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply fix 35mm thick factory made single piece wire gauge door/shutter solid PVC UV printed doors-wood Free consisting of 5mm thick solid PVC sheet on both side (both side multi color UV printed) using steel/aluminium XPM/wire mesh and consisting frame made ou of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for stiles and 19mm x 19mm for the top, bottom and lock rails with PVC beading in all around M S frame shall have a coat of metal primers. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded (Rigid) 20/22mm PVC solid sheet at styles, top rail and bottam rail (Rigid) MS Frame welding sealed to the style and with suitable PVC Sheet beading and joind tothether with solvent complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge and as per manufature's spcification and drawing. Steel window (box type) factory made with side hung shutters including pintol hinges, steel handles, steel peg stay and all locking arrangement complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded including one shop coat of red oxide primer complete all specified and as directed. Notye : i) The window shall be fabricated as per Drg No CEUZ/TD/1269/2008 Sheet 1/3 to 3/3 (ii) MS fillets, glazing, wire gauge shall be measured and paid separately.

Removing and refixing only LED lights fitting 5W to 20W, 220V,AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light C& S Make connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- charge.

Removing and refixing only Vertical electric water heater (Geyser) storage type with PVC/thermoplastic body, Single phase AC supply, 230 volts 50 Hz , BEE 5 star rating, pressure rating 8 bar, steel /copper inner tank with glass liner/polymer protective coating with thermal cut off, ON/OFF indication lamps, safety valave of capacity 25 Ltrs including suitable size heavy duty PVC connection hot & cold and grouting fashner with suitable size on the wall as per site requirment all as specified and directed by EIC.
