Providing and laying 25mm thick open graded premix carpet surface manually with 2.25 cum and 1.12 cum of stone chipping of 13.2mm size and 11.2mm size respectively and 52 Kg and 56 Kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chipping of 13.2mm and 11.2mm size respectively and consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity including preparation of existing road surface as per specification and then laying of tack coat with hot straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit @ 0.75 Kg/Sqm over WBM surface and finally finishing the surface with seal coat using 128 Kg of bitumen of grade 80/100 per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate (crusher sand) per 100 Sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with 6 to 9 tonne road roller complete (finished item including cost of bitumen.
