Supplying and fixing following rating four pole 415 volts isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessory enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip in 40 mm dia G.I pipe from earth electrode i/c connections with G.I nut, bolt, washer etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations, inlayers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 metres.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked alongwith all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. confirming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc., direct in ground (75 cm below the ground level) including excavation & refilling the trench, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering, etc. complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing (including fuel lub oil, coolant etc) and commissioning of"salient type" diesel generating set vertical air cooled diesel engine directly coupled with AC alternator 3 phase 415 volt, 50 Hz @ 0.8 PF excited, self regulated designed to run at 1500 RPM suitable for 12 KW / 15 KVA DG set with acoustic enclosure (Sound proof) and suitable extended exhaust as per as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB-II) approved DG Set with single EB automatic mains failure board make KOEL GREEN Engine and Kirlosker green alternator or equivalent.

Supplying and laying of one number FR PVC round sheathed copper conductor cable of size 4 core 4 sqmm Make Havells, code WHNFDSKB44XO in open masonry duct / surface or DWC pipe as required.

Supplying and laying one number XLPE insulated PVC sheathed with galvanised round steel (wire or steel strip armoured aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size 3.5 x 25 sq.mm confirming to IS 1554 (Part -I) 1988 amended upto date in open masonry duct / surface DWC pipe as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Onload Change switch unit four pole 63 Amps, 415 Volt, AC in sheet steel enclosure similar to make INDOASIAN Cat No. ITAS0063 or equivalent.
