RequiredCertificates of Work Experience for contractor as required in the NIT. Agency has to upload the work completion certificate along with breakup amount of each specialized work. Without breakup consolated amount of work completion certificate will not be accepted by the tendering authority and reject the tender accordingly after cancellation of tender no claim will be entertain by the tenderer. To be uploaded in the eligibility document section.

RequiredGST Registration certificate and upto date file return of the state in which the work is to be taken up, or as required by GST authorities then in such a case the bidder shall scan and upload following under taking along with other bid documents. If work is awarded to me, I/we shall obtain GST registration Certificate of the State, in which work is to be taken up, within one month from the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD

RequiredRegistration certificate of EPFO, ESIC and up to date return files is to be uploaded in the eligibility document section.

RequiredAffidavit as per provisions of clause 1.2.3 of CPWD-6 to be uploaded in the eligibility document section.

RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD (PROFORMA A) to the division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (The EMD document shall only be issued from the place in which the office of receiving division office is situated) To be uploaded in the eligibility document section.

RequiredCertificate as per PROFORMA B

RequiredThe training certificate of ERP issued through LMS portal of ERP which is imparted to the contractor should be scanned and uploaded with all other requisite documents.
