Overall size of the bed shall be 2133mm length comma 1930mm width and 400mm high. Length of head board shall be 1016mm and foorboard shall be 608mm. legs size shall be 90x90mm comma length as per head board and foot board. with engraving design and shape per approved by GE. Long rails shall be 400x50mm with engraving the design pattern approved by GE. Stiffener 30x40mm x 4 Nos shall be used to support the top of the box parallel to head board and 2 Nos perpendicular to head board. Similarly stiffeners shall be used to support the bottom of the box. Bed shall be made of first class teak wood or Padak comma Box type storage system with locking arrangement should be provided. 12mm plywood BWR grade shall be provided at the bottom and top of the storage box comma suitable opening hydraulic lifting provision shall be given at the top. Head board and foot board shall be 75mm thick with engraving the design oblique provided with 75mm thick 40 density cushion covered with tapestry cloth not less than Rs 750 by Mtr with pattern approved by GE. All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine in light Walnut shade after preparation of surfaces or as approved by GE. Rest all design and shape as directed by Enginer in Charge

Head board and foot board shall be 36mm thick. All rubber wood surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine in light Walnut shade after preparation of surfaces or as approved by GE. Rest all design and shape as directed by Enginer in Charge.

Long and short rails of bed shall be 65 x 25 mm 16 gauge rectangle MS pipe. Stifners shall be 25 mm 16 gauge square MS pipe. Legs shall be 32 mm 16 gauge square MS pipe and welded properly at joints to make the charpoy. 25 x 60 x 6 mm cleats be welded with short rails inner side to support the plywood. 12 mm thick ply wood BWR type unpolished shall be provided to the top of charpoy screwed with cleat and stiffners by nut and washers. All steel members shall be finshed with two coats of synthetic enamel paint to obtaining glossy finishing over a coat of redoxide primer with spray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper in black colour. Rest all as specified oblique shown in drawing and directed by Enginer in Charge.

The overall size of the chair shall not be less than 460mm wide 600mm deep and 355 mm high to seat from ground level and over all height 760mm. The frame of the chair verendah shall be made up of 20mm dia conduit piupe of wall thickness 1 point 6mm. Seat and back of the chair shall be woven with virgin plastic cane 4mm wide and 0 point 6mm thick half round in true godrej pattern weighing not less than 6 gms in ten running meters. PVC hard rubber shoe shall be provided to each leg of chair verendah. The chair shall be powder coated in white colour after preparation of surface or as approved by GE. Rest all as specified oblique shown in drawing and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All wood shall be seasoned first class teak wood free from knots and defects. Hard Nylon buffers shall be fixed at the bottom of legs with brass screws. Canning of chairs by true Godrej pattern with plastic cane 2mm to 2 point 5mm wide comma white colour comma quality as approved by GE all as specified and as shown on drgs. All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine in light Walnut shade after preparation of surfaces or as approved by GE. Rest all as specified oblique shown in drawing and directed by Engineer in Charge.

The overall size shall be 440 mm wide x 430mm deep and 460mm high from front and 890mm high from back. All teak used shall be 1st class hard teak wood. PVC hard rubber ring of dia 25mm shall be provided to bottom of each leg with 20mm long screw. Canning shall be done in true godrej pattern with virgin plastic cane of 2mm wide 0 point 6mm thick half round gola type weighing not less than 6 gms in ten running meters with border woven with 4mm thick plastic cane. All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine in light Walnut shade after preparation of surfaces or as approved by GE. Rest all as specified oblique Shown in drawing and directed by Enginer in Charge.

Overall size shall be 535mm long comma 470mm wide and 890mm high. Well seasoned teak wood throughout in frame work shall be used for framework comma Caning shall be done without any joint in the cane. The cane shall be of 2mm wide comma 0 point 4mm thick half round gola type of shah oblique equivalent brand. The sides of the chair shall be canned with 4mm thick cane. Hard rubber rings of 25mm dia and 25mm high shall be screwed to the bottom of all legs. All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine in light Walnut shade after preparation of surfaces or as approved by GE. Rest all as specified oblique Shown in drawing and directed by Enginer in Charge.

Overall size shall be 450mm wide at bottom legs level and 455mm deep and 1200 mm high. All timber work shall be first class seasoned teak wood free from knots or zefects. Front legs shall be of size 25mmx50mm in section and 450mm high and rear legs shall be of section 65mm x50mm made to shape. The front and rear legs at seat level shall be joined by 40 mm x 20 mm in section side rails provided at 450 mm from bottom legs. The top of side rails shall be at 450 mm from bottom of legs. Two side stiffeners of 25 mm x 40 mm in section shall beprovided joining front and rear legs. The bottom side stiffeners shall be 100 mm above the bottom of legs. A middle stiffener of 25 mm x 40 mm in section joining the side stiffeners in middle shall be provided as shown on drg. For seat cushion comma a frame shall be made with 75 mm x 20 mm in section front and rear wooden horizontal rails comma joined by 40 mm 20 mm in section wooden side rails. 70 mm x 10 mm batten shall be provided in the middle. 45 mm x 10 mm batten shall be provided with three equal gaps. 50 mm thick comma 40 density foam shall be provided to the chair which shall be covered with leatherised rexine tapestry cloth not less than Rs 750 by Mtr of best quality as approved by GE. Rails of 45mmx25mm in section shall be 40mm apart from legs and joined by 10mm dia teak wood in vertical and 12mm dia teak wood in horizontal. Back shall have vertical battens 20mmx25mm in section.50mm thick synthetic foam of 40 density covered with leatheised rexene tapestry cloth not less than Rs 750 by Mtr made to shape shall be fixed over 12mm thick plywood . All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine in light Walnut shade after preparation of surfaces or as approved by GE.
