Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (one part of cement, and four part of sand, and eaight part of coarse aggregate) using hard broken granite stone jelly of 40 mm gauge for foundation levelling course, including shuttering, dewatering wherever necessary and laid I layers of not more than 15cm thick complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental Engineers including all cost & conveyance of materials laying curing etc., complete as per TNDSS No 28V,VI(S2),VI(S54) and VII

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and srtutting upto 3.29mm height for plane surfaces in all floors with cross bracings using miled steel sheets of size 30cm x 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened welded with miled steel sheets of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding and laid over silver oak (country wood).Joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm dia spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification ans as directed for the following items as per TNDSS No 30 & 86 Below 1.00 M height

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one Part of cement, two Part of M- Sand and four Part of aggrigate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of steel rods using TMT. or Ribbed Tor Steel including cost of binding wire, cost of labour charges for fabrication and placing in position etc. Complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One part cement, one and half part M.sand and three part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete with std. Specifications.

Finishing the top of flooring with granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete

Clearing and Grubbing by Light Jungle removing and disposing of all materials such as bushes, shrubs, stumps, roots, grass, weeds, top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as rubbish including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per MORTH Specification 111, 112, 201.

Picking the existing surface 3 to 5 cm deep removal of picked up staff to the side berms and using the useful metal to the road hand packing to camber sectioning levelling etc.,complete as per including labour charges for picking and other tools and plants etc., complete as per standard specifications. 404 of MORTH

Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing close graded material,mixing in a machanical plant at OMC,carriage of mixed material to work site,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to acheive the desired density,Complete as per clause 401.

Providing and Laying Wet Mix Mecadam using 0.396m3 of 45-22.40mm graded metal, 0.528m3 of 22.40-2.36mm graded metal and 0.396m3 of 2.36 and below size graded metal premixed with water to a densemass on a prepared subgrade / base to template in uniform 15cm Consolidated thickness and consolidation with Vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber rolling with protecting edges, etc completing with MORTH specification Clause 406.

Providing and laying Priming coat over WBM/WMM surface using 7Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) for 10 Sq.m for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinary, fule and all other incidental chrages etc., complte as for clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WBM/WMM surface (Preaped with primer) using 2.50Kg of Bitu Emulsion (RS1)for 10 Sq.m for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinary, fule and all other incidental chrages etc., complte as for clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying 50 mm conslidated thick Dense Bituminuous macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50-13.20 mm,0.25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm and below and with 53.20kg of vt 30 bitumen premixing 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site,heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 tons capacity,conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site,spreading the mix uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grade and cross sections and compaction by vibratory/ pneumapic roller to the required density etc., including labour for accending to pavor at sites etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 CMP with bitumen tipper trucks, paver finisher/9 m paver finisher,vibratory/ pneumapic rollers and all other tools and plant required including to all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as clause 505 MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50 mm, 0.17cum of 9.50-2.36 mm and 0.26cum of 2.36mm and blow with 50.30 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen for premixing for 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20–30 tonnes capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30 mm with mechanical Paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 80 - 10 tonne vibratory/ pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labor for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher,/ 9m paver finisher, vibratory/ pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required including fule and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as for clause 507of MORTH

Road marking with Hot Applied ThermoPlastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminious Surface Proving and Laying of Hot Applied thermoplastic Compound 2.5 mm thick inculding reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads As Per IRC: 35 The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes Inculding all Charges etc.., complete

1.Cost of Road MAINTENANCETowards the charges for routine maintenance of the road work executed under NABARD SCHEME including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost.Clearing and Grubbing by Light Jungle removing and disposing of all materials such as bushes, shrubs, stumps, roots, grass, weeds, top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as rubbish including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per MORTH Specification 111, 112, 201.
