M& L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the RCC/Steel Underground/Semi underground/Overhead/Sedmentation/Clear water sumps of follwing capacity UG sump/ Semi UG reservoir through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/ Inchor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY Make: Rays Cleantech/Inus watertech/ Satya enterprises. Seven stages are as under (a) first Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b) second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbingthe walls of the tanks. (c) Third strage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump (d) Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5/ Inchor-5/NB-10 a Govt Laboratory certified brannded halogen compound. (e) Firth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner (f) Sixth stage is the second bacterio screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69

M&L Making V groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep or upto the extend of joint/crack present at site over joint/ crack line using electricity operated agle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade and cleaning it by air blower as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The groove shall be cut on the concrete surface along the joint / Crack over RCC structure to be repaired complete all as specified and directed. Note : work to be executed by the authorized applicator of manufacturer only.

M&L for Drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 400 mm in staggered manner or along the joint & crack line in Reinforced Concrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm nozzle compatible with injection of grouting mix and having machined external end to receive outlet of grouting Gun. Fix inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive SikaDur 31 or equivalent to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 Hrs Before grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any , over concrete element by grinding leveling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sealing of exposed 'V' groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep with Sikagard 694 F(l) or Quick Fix or equivaint solvent free. moisture tolerant, thixotropic, two part structural adhesive and repair mortar cum surface levelling mortar. Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturers only.

M&L for injection grouting of construction joint with non shrink cement slurry admixed with epoxy grounting cebex 100 of M/SFosroc Chemical/ Sikagrout-214 IN @ 300 mm C/C including of opening of cracks to groove of size 12mm x 12mm, Nozzle at 300 mm C/C including of opening of cracks to be grooved of size 10mmx 10mm fixing of niozzles with fast setting plugging compound Renderoc plug, cutting the extra length of nozzle after grouting all in complete as per manufactures instructions including necessary scaffolding as required and as per the directions of Engineer incharge complete all as specified and directed. Seal the nozzle with Sikagard 694 F (I) or equivalent thixotropic epoxy putty after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle. Note 1: leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost. Note 2: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufactures only.

Providing & Applying Two coats of SikaTopseal 107 or Aqua Arm Top Guard inside of the wall & floor of the tank, a two components ready to use polymer modified cementatious coating. First Coat should be applied horizontally and second coat should be applied vertically The thickness of coating shall not be less than 1.5mm. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturers only.

M&L Applying two coats Sikagard 67 or AquArm Tank Coat, a water based epoxy coating certified for portable water on all over the concrete surface from inside. Apply the first coat by brush allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs and then apply 2nd coat and allow it to cure complete 24 hrs The coating shall be applied using brush application. The Thickness after two coating should not be less than 500 microns complete all as specified and directed. Note Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturers only.

M&L for taking out existing filter media (sand) from filter bed and thrown away for a distance exceeding 1Km from the site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of new fine sand including all carriages from Ganderbal to site of work complete all as specified and directed. Note: The sample of fine sand to be approved by the GE befor laying in filter bed.
