Repairs to the Alum Storage Sheds Fiber sheet shed and C.G.I shed at QCP Division Jammu

Repair to the main alum storage shed of Quality Control & Procurement Division Narwal Jammu, by way of replacement of 02 Nos. broken Fiber sheets of size 14 ft x 2.75 ft of side wall of shed damaged due to wind storm on intervening night of 03-06- 2024 of wind speed around 55 km/h. Job includes properly patching of all the leakages of the shed's roof, Providing and fitting of new side wall fiber sheets on GI Pipes with the help of UJ bolts hooks, nuts and bolts. Job also includes replacement of all damaged MS strips of size 25 mm x 5 mm by way of dismantling the old strips and installation of new strips as per site requirement. Job also includes application of 02 coats of metal primer after proper cleaning/ sanding the surface of structure. Job further includes minor repairs to structure of small C.G.I alum storage shed including replacement of all damaged C.G.I sheets of roof and side walls (approx 26 Nos.) and proper refitting of existing/new sheets of side walls of size 10 ft x 2.75 ft as per site conditions weakened due to wear and tear during storage of alum and further damaged due to strong winds. Job includes cost of material like hooks, nuts, bolts, welding rods, and MS strip, hire charges for welding set, loading and unloading, transportation charges, tools and tackles and skilled, unskilled labor charges and all taxes as applicable
