Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 cm dia casuarinas post of 4 M over all length (3 M Height + 0.5 M Projection + 0.5 M into the Ground) the distance between the two rows being 1.25 M and the spacing of posts being 2.0 M in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5 M. Overlap on either side and braces at 2.0 M Center to center including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40 mm thick and 1 M width, etc. in a complete from using coil and nails.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting up to 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specification. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick with fine river sand flooring including curing, neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers. S.I. 309. TNBP No. 55& 56

paving the floor with plain ceramic tiles of approved quality,colour and design joint free of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make.quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3(one cement three sand)20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointing neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.The colour &quality of tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on Work.

Cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement five sand and ten broken Machine crushed stone jelly) using HBG Machine creased Machine crushed stone jelly of size 40mm gauge for founding and basement including de-watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cms thick etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing the partition with new one of aluminium anodized natural colour matt finish fully PLB Partition with 63.50mmX38.10mmX1.28mm, 1.41mm @ 0.818kg/m extruded box section and bottom, and horizontal members are spaced at 90cm c/c and vertical members are spaced at 1.20m, 2.10m and 2.80m ht. From floor level, panels should be covered with 9mm thick PLB Exterior grade with necessary aluminium clips of size 19mm X17.30mmX0.90mm @ 0.124kg/m, and L angles, screws etc, The aluminium surface is to be anodized with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI 1868/1962 Specification for an average anodic film thickness & cost of materials converyance scaffolding if any required etc and necessary dismantling making holes in RCC brick masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original condition after fixing the partition as directed by the departmental officers. All materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before fixing in position etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing Galvalume Colour Sheet of size 0.47mm roofing sheet to ease shaping. quality requested and 0.47mm Thickness using corrugated or traffold with arch are semi arch types and bolt, nut, screws, including charges scoffolding with all safety arrangements, Conveyance ,loading & unloading bending, cutting to the required size and shape etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(obsvered data)

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification. Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of M.S. or RTS rods for reinforcement including labour charges to cutting and bending the rods and tying grills with 18 or 20 BWG GI binding wire etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating and errection of MS structural using MS members I section channel, angle, plate flat with necessary bolt and nuts including charges for welding, curing etc., and one coat red oxide painting etc., complete.

Apply a coat of Bituminous primer to IS.158.apply a coat hot blown bitumen over the cracks and seal it .Lay APP modified membrane 3mm thick by thermo fusing the bottom layer of the polyethylene film using LP gas torch with minimum overlap of 100mm. seal overlap joints with bitumen.
