Providing and fixing of false ceiling using Calcium Silicate board of approved quality, Desgin and pattern of 8mm thick, with anodized aluminum grid construction consisting of Tee 38mm x 38mm x 2.00mm thick forming 600mm x 600mm panel complete with various members for fastenings and fittings to minute tolerance suspended from Structual members with M.S rods with necessary fastenings arrangement etc., and 25mm x 25mm x 1.50mm thick anodized aluminum angle screwed on to the wall with rawal plugs including providing openings for lighting and other auxiliary works, painting the false ceiling board with two coats of emulsion paint over a coat of primer and two coats of putty as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, T&P’s labour charges, leads and lifts etc., complete.

Colour washing with one coat of emulsion paint (Asian Tractor or its equivalent) for the interior surfaces of wall as directed by the engineer at site including cost of all materials such as Oil bound distemper, Wall Putty paste, Primer, scaffolding, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing Cup-board Shutter with frame using solid core heavy PVC Frames and Doors of approved quality, Colour, design and pattern with necessary furniture fittings, such as, hydralic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multi purpose locks etc., as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all materials, all labour charges, Tools and Plants, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of horizontal type 4 Way Triple Pole neutral MCB Distribution board in sheet steel enclosure with 40A FP Isolator (MCB), 40A FP ELCB 30MA as incoming and 12 Nos. 6A - 32A single pole MCB as out going on the wall and with earth connection and connecting to the existing electrical main lines. The MCB DB, ELCB and MCBs should be with ISI mark (Legrand (MDS) / Hager (L&T) make) including cost of all materials such as cables, pipes, etc, complete.

Wiring with 3 x 2.5 sqmm (36/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling for lights, fan and buzzers with PVC accessories in with wall with TW switch box and 5A SP flush type switchs with continuous earthing for providing 2.5 Sq.mm multistand PVC wire of PVC light point / Fan point with 5amps switch, ceiling rose, cable, pipe, etc., complete.

Wiring with 3 x 2.5 sqmm (36/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of cable 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall Metal switch box with 5A 3 pin modular type non interlocking CS plug with continuous earthing for providing 2.5 Sq.mm multistand PVC wire for making good of concealed portion with suitable color for concealed PVC plug point cable, pipe, etc., complete.

Supplying and run of 3 of 2.5 Sqmm (36/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V Grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earthing for providing 6 Sq.mm multistand PVC wire including cost of all materials such as cables, pipes, etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of Round Type Recessed Fitting LED with a minimum of 18W LED of natural white light fitting of Higher end (Philips / Havells /equivalent) on the false ceiling with with PVC unsheathed copper lead from terminals to the including cost of all materials such as cables, pipes, etc., complete.

Supplying of PVC pipe 25mm dia (15kg/cm²) of Finolex/Supreme or equivalent make and quality with ISI monogram as directed by the Engineer in charge at site inculding cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Supplying of PVC pipe 32mm dia (15kg/cm²) of Finolex/Supreme or equivalent make and quality with ISI monogram as directed by the Engineer in charge at site inculding cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Supplying of PVC pipe 40mm dia (15kg/cm²) of Finolex/Supreme or equivalent make and quality with ISI monogram as directed by the Engineer in charge at site inculding cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.
