Laying and jointing of MS pipeline including loading and unloading (within unit/ project), transportation and placement, welding of pipes and cutting and fitting of packing (if jointing by nut-bolt)

Providing and fixing of MS Nut and Bolts with spring washers (different sizes such as 5/8", 3/4", 7/8" etc. as per instruction of Engineer In-charge)

Note: 1). The estimated cost is excluding CMPF @ 12% and CMPS @ 7%. These statutory payment as applicable shall be reimbursed to the contractor on production of proof of payment limited to the maximum likely number of workmen to be deployed per day is 08 nos. 2). Industrial gas, welding electrodes, welding machine, tools and tackles is in the scope of contractor. 3). MS Pipe, Valves, Truck, crane will be provided by the Department.
