Supply and fix, factory made pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates, of size 125mmx60mm, made out of 1.25mm thick sheet, including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc, including one shop coat of red oxide primer on exposed surface and one coat of black bitumious paint on unexposed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, factory made pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates, of size 105mmx60mm, made out of 1.25mm thick sheet, including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc, and one shop coat of red oxide primer on exposed surface and one coat of black bitumious paint on unexposed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken floor with the following course of treatment as specified below, all as per manufacturer’s instructions complete and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge :- (i) Cleaning top surface of floors/slabs and laying 50mm thick (avg) PCC of grade M10 (Nominal mix), mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instruction laid in slope 1:20 towards spouts including coveting corners. (ii) 15 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on sides mixed with WPC as per manufacture’s instruction. (iii) Applying 1st layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified Cementitous compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. This layer shall be allowed to air cured for 4 hrs. (iv) Applying 2nd layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified Cementitous compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer shall be allowed to air cured for 48 hrs. (v) Applying a coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 conforming to IS:3384:1986 penetration @ 1.50 kg/sqm on plastered and concrete surface. (iv) Providing 150 micron thick polyethene sheet in two layer (each 75 micron measured dry on dry surface over a coat of PU primer including preparation. (vii) 2 Nos 32mm bore GI medium grade 450mm long spout to be provided through external wall to drainout accumulated water. (viii) Sunken floor shall be tested for water tightness as specified at para 12.3 of PS. (ix) Sunken portion shall be filled with lean concrete of grade (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate)

M&L for coloured Matt finished joint free ceramic tiles of 7mm to 8mm thick (appx size 600mmx600mm) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix Prewired Distribution Board factory made sheet metal enclosure double door distribution board class IP-43 IK 09 with 200 Amp rated copper bus bar 240 Volts 12 way (2 + 10 way) single pole and neutral link, including cutting chases, concealing DB in wall making good disturbed surfaces after taking down old u/s any type, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of Indoor type, wall mounted (with bolts and nuts) meter cabinet panel of size 1000 mm x 900 mm x 200 mm and made out of 2 mm thick CRCA MS sheet of suitable size to operate on 3 phase 4 wire system 415 Volts AC, double door with first door having glass window for viewing KWH meter and other doors shall be opeque and suitable for mounting switch gear, electrical meters including pre wiring from Bus bar to Meter and Meter to MCBs (for pre wiring use 6.00 Sqmm single core copper cable and suitable size of lugs for connecting from Busbar to meter and meter to MCBs) including bottom gland plate with sufficient numbers of circular cable entry holes. All door should have neoprene rubber gasket and locking arrangements. The cabinet shall be painted both internally and externally with powder coated paint. The cabinet shall be dust and vermin proof with degree of protection IP 43. The cabinet shall be comprising with the following accessories:-

(Note:-Contractor should hand over the existing energy meter to E/M store yard after noting down the location ie Qtr No, Meter Sl No, Final reading with date duly signed by occupant/Unit rep.)

Disconnecting electrically Indoor type panel board any size, cutting and disconnecting pedestal, refixing the same, partially concealed on wall after cutting grooves and making good disturbed surfaces and reconnecting electrically complete all as specified and directed.

M&L dry sand cushioning to UG cables (8 cm deep before laying of cable and 15 cm deep over the cable) in trenches including punned thickness up to 18 cm and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

Supply & lay Brick sub class B locally available best quality laid in trenches above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 35 sqmm 3.5 core all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earthwork, sand cushion, brick and protection pipe shall be measured & paid separately in respective items.

Supplying, laying testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 10 sqmm 2 core all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earthwork, sand cushion, brick and protection pipe shall be measured & paid separately in respective items.

M&L for light grade galvanized pipe ISI marked with all fitting ISI marked, laid in trenches, under road or fixing on wall/pole/ crossing nallah etc of bore 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 20mm dia exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of RG-11 co-axial TV cable with electrolytic grade solid annealed copper, aluminium foiled and aluminium wire braided duly PVC insulated, black colour complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing by using trenchless technology or using ultrasound technique or by machine or By manual to insert pipe of upto 50 mm light grade GI pipes as per site requirement with all fittings such as bends, elbows, Tees, etc, for protection of cable complete including all plant & machinaries, alongwih Butt fusion welding machine with all accessories, T&P etc required complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Protection pipe will be measured and paid separately

Materials and labour for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead 4 mm dia by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers made out of GI/steel, all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule part-I, earth lead wire connected to indicated position including upto 7.5m long 15 mm bore GI pipe for earth wire protection and concrete pit in PCC(1:3:6, C1),Precast RCC cover slab 55 cm x 55 cm x 5 cm with reinforcement of 8 mm dia bar 100 mm c/c bothways including one handle made of 12 mm dia MS bar embedded in pre cast slab and 20 mm bore galvanised iron pipe"medium grade" for watering with GI funnel and wire mesh including charcoal and salt in alternate layers of 15 cm including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing electric water heater (Geyser) storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece complete all as specified and directed

S&F Bib taps fancy type cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed, suitable for GI pipe of size 15 mm complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing PVC connection 15mm, 450mm long with chromium plated adopter and washer at both ends complete all as specified and directed (suitable for carrying hot water) complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing 25 mm bore, medium grade steel water tubing, galvanized, (ISI marked) with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tee, short pieces, diminishing pieces, cap and plugs laid in trenches, under floor, wall and as per site requirement incl taking out old unsv complete all as specified and as directed.
