Maintenance and servicing of Dry type Cast Resin Transformer 11kv/6.6 kv (2000kva/1600kva), with engagement of suitable manpower and tools and tackles, testing equipments, air blowers etc as per manufacturer maintenance guideline including checking core and core assembly to ensure that HT tap links of all the three phase are at proper position and adequately tightened and locked, to check and ensure that all HT/LT connection nut bolts are fully tightened and locked, to check and ensure that the core, coil and its connections are thoroughly checked for any cobwebs, dust, dirt using air blower etc. Checking the enclosure perforated sheet/ mesh and clean thoroughly for cobwebs, dust, dirt to ensure adequate and proper ventilation of air through the same. Checking the Marshalling box , to check and ensure that Winding Temperature indicator (WTI) and Winding Temperature Relay (WTR), WTR alarm, trip contacts are in working condition and its temperature scanner/sensing thermisters are healthy and functional, to check and ensure that alarm trip circuit of WTI/WTR are working satisfactorily, also to check and ensure that HT/LT circuit breakers for its tripping on getting signals from WTI/WTR, to check WTI for its proper temperature setting for alarm and trip. Checking of HT/LT bushing and examine for dirt deposits and cleaning with non-fibrous, non fluffy cloth. Also checking of Earth resistance and to take corrective action if found more. Also taking note of winding temperature (WTI) hourly for at least seven days and submission of report mentioning the findings and test report for Insulation Resistance Test: HV-LV, HV-Earth, LV-Earth, Winding Resistance Test to check phase imbalance. (Note: The work shall be done on CRT, after isolation/ disconnection of HT/LT cables and ensuring that its HT/LT windings are solidly earthed at its main terminals. Also It must be ensured before closing that no metallic parts viz nuts, bolts, electrical cut wire pieces, cotton waste, spanners etc are left inside the enclosure/ on core/ on coils as this cause hazardous accident and failure of the CRT) :- job

Servicing and overhauling of 400 AMPS/ 500 AMPS/ 630 AMPS /1250 Amps ,11KV/ 6.6 KV. V.C.B./ V.C.U. dismantling the rack from the housing, opening the components, necessary cleaning of the component, carbonised portion, changing of rubber gasket, defective parts, cleaning of all mechanism parts and lubricating the mechanism, opening of C.T. & P.T.S., busbar spout assembly cleaning the same and insulated properly by supply of C.T.C. etc. and refitting all the parts to its original position by making all relevant electrical connection, panel wiring etc. for satisfactory & operation.

Servicing, cleaning and testing, calibration of following. Relay (for 6 KV Panel /11 KV Panel) For Incomer Feeder: Each relay set consists of following relays MICOM P11 - 1 NO. CGL 14N/C- 1 NO VAX31 - 1 NO, VAA-33-1NO VAMP-31 - 1 NO, VAJH-13-1NO

Taking out the P.T. (6 KV/110V) from 6 KV, HT switch gear and thorough cleaning, washing the interior portion with carbon tetachloride after taking out the transformer oil from P.T. and re-fitting the same after attaining the desired IR. valve and re- fitting, re-fixing the P.T. complete and testing including changing the defective P.T. as per direction of EIC (Transformer oil and P.T. will be supplied Departmentmentally).

Servicing and overhauling 2500 / 1600 /1250/1000 Amps A.C.B. after withdrawing the breaker from its track, complete servicing the breaker, cleaning, moving and fixed contacts and adjustment incl.mechanical lever, greasing, oiling etc. and disconnection of the armoured cable and cleaning the surface with carbon tetra chloride, marking cloth, emery papers and applying of petrolium jelly etc. to the socket terminals and taping with PVC tapes and re-connection of the same as per direction of E.I.C.

Servicing and overhauling the Automatic star delta starter for 120 -180 HP Motor after opening all components, electric Timer, bi-metal relay etc. & fitting fixing the same after same plate servicing and overhauling testing as required as per direction of EIC (Spares will be supplied by Deptt.)

Complete servicing and overhauling and necessary repairing of DTH 250 Amps MCCB (L&T Make).
