Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within all lead and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within all leadand lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within.all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. complete.including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.including carriage of materials all leads and lifts as per directio of Engineer- in - Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) .including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts. as per direction of Engineer- in - Charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth levei 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), in Foundation footing basis etc..including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts. as per direction of Engineer- in - Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, xcluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). .including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts. as per direction of Engineer- in - Charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars .including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts. as per direction of Engineer- in - Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizeincluding carriage of materials within all leads and lifts. as per direction of Engineer- in - Charge.

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 in Granular materials including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Boring with hydraulic piling rigs with power units, providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of specified diameter and length below pile cap in M-30 cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and M.S. ERW pipe casing 273 mm inner dia 8 mm thick and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto to the bottom of pile cap) : including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more

Conditions:-i) Contractor should have his own Transit Mixture (TM) at least 2 Nos. and concerete pump also with him. Ii) Contractor should visit the site before submitting the bid and certificate in this regard shall be issued by the Assistant Engineer concerened.& under taking to execute. as the work on barfooting of work is of emergent nature. must also be uploaded with the bid. iii) Rates should be quoted for all heights including all leads and lifts for internal and external works. iv 0 Sample of all the material to be used on work shall be got approved from the Engineer-in-charge in advance before actual use on work and any or all of the material which are available as per Indian standard in the market should confirm to bureau of indian standards.
