Earth work in excavation in foundation in soil mixed with gravel & boulders including lift upto 1.5m & lead upto 30m & including filling,watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth out side of Industrial Area or as directed by the Engineer -in charge upto a distance of 3.0 km from the foundation trenches including all labour, T&P, all taxes etc. as required for proper completion of the work.

Earth work in excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5m & lead upto 30m & including filling,watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches or as directed by the Engineer -in charge including all labour, T&P, all taxes etc. as required for proper completion of the work.

Construction of granular sub base (GSB) by providing coarse graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting Vibratory roller to achieved the desired density complete as per clause 402 including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes etc. as required for proper completion of the work.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes etc. as required for proper completion of the work.

Brick edging on both side of the road of 1st Class brick 8 cm (3") wide and 12 cm (4") deep laid with mud mortar all labour finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including all labour, T & P sudries, all taxes etc. required for proper copletion of work with material.

Provinding and applying Tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including cost of bitumen, labour, T&P, all taxes etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying Dense Graded bituminous macadam (DBM) with 100 to 120 batch type hot mix Plant producing as average output 75 Ton per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30)@ 4.50% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibrator and tandem roller achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Specification clauses 507 complete in all respect including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, T&P, all taxes etc. as required for proper completion of the work.

Provinding and applying Tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including cost of bitumen, labour, T&P, all taxes etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing and average output of 75 tone per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premix with bituminous binder(VG-30) @ 5.4% of mix & filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic power finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibrator and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specifications clause 508 complete in all respects including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, T&P, all taxes etc. as required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and applying of hot applied thermoplastic compound in road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per Sqm.area, Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, all taxes etc. cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.The finished surface to be levelled uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing and laying rubber moulded repetitive Zig-Zag 80 mm thick interlocking tiles of precast compressed cement concrete of 30 mpa (M-30) compressive strength ISI Marked made by table vibratory method, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with ganga sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern,finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. complete as per manufacturer’s specifications & direction of Engineerin-Charge including supply of all material, labour, T&P, all taxes etc. as required for proper completion of the work.
