Important Note:

The Consulting firm is required to quote expenses including all the below component in the Man-Month Rates

1 The cost of experts mentioned at the FINANCIAL FORM 4 should not be included in summary of cost.

2 The remuneration to the experts will be paid as per actual given in the Fin-4. (Annexure -B).

3 Cost of Air and other travels will be reimbursed by UDHD as per the actual.

4 Boarding/lodging expenses will be reimbursed on the basis of criteria decided by UDHD.

5 All expenses/charges including all exercises for the said work such as, travel, printing and/or any other

expenses will be reimbursed by UDHD on prior approval.
