Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame), not exceeding 1.50 sqm each, including careful dismantling, stacking/disposal of dismantled materials as directed, and completing all works as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame), exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each, including careful dismantling, stacking/disposal of dismantled materials as directed, and completing all works as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters and refixing the same in the existing opening, including necessary adjustments and all incidental works, for shutters having an area exceeding 1.00 sqm and not exceeding 2.00 sqm each, complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door & other Frames/Chowkhat (Single Rebated) of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 850 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made (ii) Cost for M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply & fixing Factory made single extruded WPC ( Wood Polymer Composite ) Solid Plain flush door shutter of 30 mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade ), Calcium Carbonate and nautral fibers ( Wood Powder / Rice husk / Wheat husk ) and non toxic additives (maximum toxcity index of 12 for 100 gms ) having minimum density of 650 kg /cum and screw withdrawl strength of 1800 N (face ) & 900 N (Edge) minimum Compressive strength of 50 N /sqmm modulus of elasticity 850N/Sqmm and resisitence to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite / borer proof , water moisture proof and fire retardant and with and including Supply & Fixing of 02 Nos (per Leaf) SS 150mm long Tower Bolt with Stainlessd steel screws and including Supply & fixing of 02 Nos SS 150mm long handle with Stainlessd steel screws and 300 mm SS sliding door bolt with Stainlessd steel screws complete all specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. Note:- The rate of 02 Nos. SS 150mm long Tower Bolt . 02 Nos. SS 150mm long handle and 300 mm SS sliding door bolt is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Supply and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid flush door shutter of size 35mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non-toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and as directed including supply and fixing following items : (a) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Butt Hinges of size 100mm - 4 nos. per leaf (Table 6 of BIS 12817-2020) BIS marked. (b) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Square Tower Bolt 200mm long - 2 nos per leaf as per table 1, dia of bolt 12mm as per BIS 15833. (c) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Handles 200 mm - 2 nos. per leaf (d) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Sliding door Bolt 300 mm - 1 no. per leaf, 16mm dia as per BIS marked clause 3(iii) of BIS 15834-2020.

Material and labour for Providing and fixing aluminium work with Polyester powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conformikng to IS:733 and IS :1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size,including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i.e at top , bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth , rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including aluminium cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note :- (i) Weight of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles , aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading shall be physically ascertained through a board of officers convened by GE and payment shall be made only after ascertaining the actual weight of aluminium at site. (ii) The rate of material and labour for providing the EPDM rubber, neoprene gasket , C.P. brass / stainless steel screws are included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iii) During considering the weight of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles , aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading , the weight of EPDM rubber, neoprene gasket , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws shall not be considered for measurments and payments. Only the weight of the aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles, aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading shall be considered and measurment and payment shall be made accourdingly. (iv) During the weight of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles , aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading ,the weight of polyester powder coating 50 micron shall not be considered for weight but the rate of material and labour for providing polyester powder coating 50 micron is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (v) Glazing /Paneling and wire mesh shall be measured and paid seperately. (v)The board shall be duly countersigned by GE shall enclosed with Final Bill .

Supply and fixing floor door stopper 150mm size of aluminum alloy body and tounge, anodised with hard drawn steel spring complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.
