MAINTENACE AND OPERATION OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AND CONNECTED WORK AT JANGLOTE AREA UNDER GE BASOLI (JK)

Manning and Operation of MBBR based Sewage Treatement Plant of capaicty 200 KLD, electric driven comprssors, motors, pump sets, DG set etc of capacity as mentioned below for 16 hours daily in 02 Shifts from (0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs) and second shift ( 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs) by engagement of one operator in each shift, located near Audotorium at Basoli Mil Area.(A) The operator has to opeprate the following installed machinary. (i) Air Compressor - 02 Nos. (ii) Feb Feed pump - 02 Nos. (iii) Filter Feed pump - 02 Nos. (iv) Dozing Pump - 02 Nos. (v) Treated water pump for arboriculture 10 Hp - 2 Nos. (vi) LT Panel - 02 Nos. (vii) DG Set 40 KVA - 01 No. The operator has to perform the following duties :- (i) Regulating all controll valves of inlet/outlets pipes complete. (ii) Carrying out proper chlorination as recommended by lab. (iii) Preventing leakage from pipe line/ pump sets by providing suitable size of gland packing etc. (iv) maintain log book of running plant and DG Set daily/as run. (v) Normal maintenance of motor pump sets, Ari compressor, Lt anels by keeping all the system neatr and clean. contd..NOTES .. (vi) Any major leakage/break down will be informed to JE/Engr-in-Charge. (vii) Operator on duty is responsible for running of DG Set for oepration of plant when their is no electricity/shut down. (viii) Operator will not leave the installation until reliver.

Notes for Srl Item No 1, :- (a) The plant operator employed at side shall be ITI qualified person with minimum 02 Yrs experience in Maintenance and Operation of Sewage Treatment Plant based on MBBR Technology. (b) The Bidder intenet quote the tender shall have in possession the registration certificate with EPF as well as ECIS authorities . (c) The bidder shall provided proper uniform to the operator employed. (d) Payment of wages to the employed staff by the contractor shall not be less than minimum fair wages notified by the central/state Gove which ever is higher. (e) As per instruction issued by the Ministry of labour and welfare payment to the staff deployed by the contractor shall be made in their Bank Accounts and proof /records maintained shall be produced to the Engr-in-Charge/ GE for their verification. (f) Daily Attendence register maintained by the contractor shall be produced to JE/Engr-in-Charge for verification. The contractor has to employee one reliver also to give weekly rest to operators and nobody shuld work continue in two shifts the quoted rates in item shall include the above aspect(g) Staff deployed/employed by the contractor shall have valid security passes issued from station HQ authorities from security point of view and no un authorised person shall be allow to enter in the permises. (h) The contractor shall abide all labour law for the time being inforce. (j) Minor repairs such as replacement of burnt out nut bolts, gland packing, rubbeer gasket, greasing to bearings tightening of electric connection ete are deemed to be quoted rate and nothing extra will be paid. (k) To take care of house keeping and environmental cleanlines, area up to 10 mtr all around installatioin shall be kept absoutely neat and clean. (n) The sludge generated by the STP will be disposed by the contractor as per instruction of the Engr-in-charge. (l) Testing of effluent quality parameters shall be carried out Monthly by the department in authorised Lab and cost of these testing charges shall be born by the department. (m) Quoted rater shall be inclusive of all provision mentioned above and other terms and conditions contained in the tender documents.

Material and labour for cleaning work of STP of Capacity 200 KLD carried out by the contractor as per the following time schedule :- (i) Bar screen - weekly. (ii) Tube settler - Quarterly. (iii) MBBR 1 - Half yearly. (iv) MBBR 2 - Half yearly. (v) Filter feed tank - Monthly. (vi) Chlorine contact tank - Monthly. (viii) Sludge drawing tank - Quarterly. NOTE:- The report of cleaning will be given alongwith RAR/Bill duly signed by EIC and GE.

Supplying and filling chemical such as Sodium Hypo Chlorite and any other chemical recommended by OEM and all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour to repair/maint of UNSV booster/centrifugal pumps of 10 HP capacity and dismantling and strip opening to motor winding complete booster/centrifugal pump under mention cap and segrigated all serviceable parts and kept at site for reuse including replacement of bronze impellar of suitable size and bushes bearing and other required parts and making serviceable to the pump complete and servicing, cleaning, greasing, overhauling, re-alignment with lock, key, nut, bolts, washers and reassembling the same after testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge NOTE for item 5 to 9:- The item shall be executed only after verifying the requirement by the GE in writing and BOO will verify the repaired items.

Material and Labour to repair/maint of UNSV air compressor electrical motor 7.50 HP dismantling and strip opening and air compressor changing of oil, fan belt, valve repair, motor rewinding complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Fixing in repair Dozing Pump set capacity 200 ltrs / hr @ 15 Kg back pressure, Model No. RM-14 of RMCO, PT-200 or equivalent as approved by GE.
