Subhead-I: Day-to-day operation of civil service centre

Providing carpentry/wood work repair services for attending day to day complaints of various residential and non residential buildings. The work shall mainly include repairs to doors,windows,ventilators, frames, shutters replacement of glass panes and other miscellaneous works related to carpentry work.The nature of works allotted shall be such that can be handleed by one carpenter (Ist class). T & P shall be arranged by the contractor. Materials consumed in the work shall be provided by BSNL free of cost.

Providing plumbing repair services for attending day to day complaints of various residential and non residential buildings. The work shall mainly include repairs to broken G.I.pipe,repairs/replacement of stop cock, bib cock, pillar cock,ball cock and other miscellaneous works related to plumbing work. The nature of work allotted shall be such that can be handled by one plumber/ fitter (1st class). T&P shall be arranged by the contractor. Materials consumed in the work shall be provided by BSNL free of cost.

Providing masonry repair services for attending day to day complaints of various residential and non residential buildings. The work shall mainly include repair to plaster work and other other miscellaneous masonry works related to plumbing work. The nature of work allotted shall be such that can be handled by one mason (1st class). T&P shall be arranged by the contractor. Materials consumed in the work shall be provided by BSNL free of cost.

Extra for making arrangements of a helper/beldar in addition to skilled workers for assisting in plumbing/masonry/carpenry/sewer maintenance works. This items shall be paid for on a perday basis, in case the complaints to be attended in items 2,3,4 & 5 are such that it cannot be attended to by single skilled worker. the decision of the Engineer-in-Charge regarding whether an extra helper is required for maintenance on a particular day will final and binding on the contractor.

Providing sewer maintenance services for attending day to day complaints of various residential and non residential buildings. The work shall mainly include cleaning and opening of chocked main hole, W.C.pots,surface drains, sewer line and other such miscellaneous works. The nature of work allotted shall be such that can be handled by one sewerman (1st class). T&P shall be arranged by the contractor. Materials consumed in the work shall be provided by BSNL free of cost.

Providing welding services (one welder with an assistant), along with all T&P such as welding machine, generator, welding rods etc. for eight hours. As and when sufficient welding works for one day have accumulated, the contractor shall be directed to provide this service. The material if any required (other than T&P and welding rods) shall be provided by BSNL. The contractor shall have to make his own arrangements for movement of T&P among the various buildings or in the same building/ compound.

Providing assitance at Enquiry office for attending day to day complaints of various residential and non residential buildings. The work shall mainly attending telephone call s , reciving requisition attending of allotty s and helping of keeping of records work and other other miscellaneous works related to manage of enquiry labour . The nature of work allotted shall be such that can be handled by skilled (knowlage full) persion and he have good manner

Credit towards cost of unserviceable dismantled material:

PVC / Plastic scrap (such as PTMT , PVC pipe pieces, old cistern etc.)

Note: 1) The payment shall be made to the labour/ staff through cheque/UPI/NEFT and any other electronics medium on or before 07th day of every month. 2) Contractors should follow the minimum wage orders issued from time to time by the Central Govt./Delhi Govt. whichever is higher 3) Contractors must have EPF and ESI numbers 4) Contractors must have to make necessary arrangement of transportation on to labour for going to different sites at various places in Delhi. 5) Any labour may send to other offices as and when required as per instruction of SDE(C/EE(C). 6) No reimbursement of FEP and ESI shall be made to the contractors. 7) In case of non-supply of labour as specified/directed to Civil Enquiry off\ice as per NIT Special Conditions.
