Repair to H.L. Bridge over river Tel at 0.80 km on Badacherigaon-Themera-Manning road _Road_

Clearing grass & removal of rubbish on both sides of the road to facilitate widening berms , disposal of stuff including all labours , T&P article as per specification for road & bridge work.

Scarifying the existing bituminious road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal o scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1000 mters.

Reworking the scarified bituminus surface suitably after supplementing the base materials with stone screened dust compacting finished surface as per Clause No 501.8.3.2 of Mort &H specification for raod & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing & laying good quality of moorum in sub-base in layers not exceding 22.5 cm watering and compaction including hire and running charges of PRR etc complete.Berms.

Providing, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)potholes (long patches).

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MORD

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 OF MORD

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with 100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH spefn. clause No. 508 complete.
