C/O RCC Tank:- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil. including PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and M:30 design mix in bottom slab/raft ,walls and beams. And RCC (1:2:4) in roof slab/dome with provision of inspection path around the dome with all alied Civil Works such as c/o chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness, All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. Providing, Laying, Jointing and testing of bevelled ended galvanised iron pipe (Heavy class) Zinc coated pipe ( Jindal, Surya Roshani, Tata & AST make with circumferential butt welded joints were ever required by electrical arc welding (welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) and testing of galvanised iron pipe of conforming to IS 1239-1991 (Part-II) ( latest edition having wall thickness as specified below capable of with standing required test pressure, including manufacturing and fabrication of reducers/tapers, tees, all short pieces, bends etc. as per requirement made from parent tubes. The laying of pipe shall also including welding of flanged joints at every 100 metre spacing duly welded in three layers (Two inner one outer) and all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tee's etc. and making bevelled pipe ends suitable for but welding, lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level complete. (Earth work in trenches and the cost of providing flanges including nut and bolts, gasket will be measured and paid for separately) The fabricated bends shall have three or fur cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of piupe. The welding electrodes shall be as per ISI 814 of advani/Oerlikon/L&T or ISI marked make. The damages portion of pipes(if damages during laying & jointing operation of pipe) and all other special made from the parent tube. AUTO GASEOUS CHALORINATION :- Supply,errection & commissioning of gaseous Chalorination plant complete in all respect having chalorinator capable to deliver 0-2500 gm/hr of chalorine gas along with 2 Nos. sets of IW + IS booster pump set of approved make with electric motor and 2 Nos. sets of IW + IS water pumping from water main to booster pump. It shall also consist of chalorine gas cylinder 100kg capacity duly approved by CCE Nagpur and filled with chalorine gas 3Nos. at each along with chalorine analyzer to indicate chalorine content lebel in the chalorinator water to supply. AUTOMATION OF ENTIRE SYSTEM:- The tenderer / firm shall provide perposal for automation which comprises of (i) 2nos. Perculation well(ii) 1 No. pump house (iii) 12 Nos storage reservior (iv) providing and fixing various actuated valve of relevent class and dia asper chapter no. 4(B) vol-III of technical specification shall be provided in all over storage reserviors at outlets and shall be automated in such a way that these are automatically operated as prifixed hours/ time or any other logic decided by the department and operated from main SCADA centre at pump house Kamloo, electromagnetic flow meters of approved makes shall be provided at each storage reserviour outlets and its output in the shape of total cuantum of delivered in a hour day and month shall be generated at main control station. GSM based devices shall be installed at each tank location , which shall sand message through SCADA station at remote access location at sub division office Rakkar. THis data transmission system at each tank consists of field instruments for providing digital and analog signals to data transfer module. This mopdule will have a communication to web data trasfer system modek communication. The PLC station will have contrl station with programmable graphic process, mimics, realtime and historical trending face plate and group display, alam management and report with laser jet printer and required furniture. At each tank locations controlling devices shall be installed with water meter sansers, flow transmitters, lebel transmitter in each tank. Installation of hardwere along with commissioning/ programming as per user requirement shall be done. The firm has to submit detailed automation perposal by incorporating all the hardwere involved olling to above mentioned scope in the technical bid. The detailed automation perposal shall be got approved by the firm from CE Dharamshala. Firm has incorporate all the input and outputs suggested by the department in the SCADA.
