Supply and maintenance of Communication system Walkie Talkie.

I.Bidder can be OEM or dealer/distributor.In case of OEM - Firm should submit any documentary proof of Manufacturing.In case of Dealer / Distributor - Firm should submit Manufacturing Authorization form & Tender Specification Authorization form from OEM.II.The Annual turnover of the Bidder should not be less than Rs. 1 Crore on an average during preceding continuous three years out of four financial years (i.e for 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25). CA certificate in this regard should be submitted. The bidder should upload the copy of the audited balance sheets, profit and loss account statement for the preceding continuous three years out of four financial years.III.The Provenness credentials shall be submitted for their offered make of LTE walkie talkies sets.Following Provenness criteria shall be fulfilled as on tender opening date-The equipment offered by the bidder shall be considered proven provided atleast 250 Nos. of LTE walkie Talkies sets of the tendered quantity of offered make, supplied in India to Government/ Public Sector Undertaking or Private during a period of 5 years including current financial year (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26), and performed satisfactorily for a minimum period of 01 year from the date of commissioning. (i.e. one year prior to this bid publishing date).

IV.This bid is open to only Make In India suppliers as per the relevant notifications of Dept. of Telecommunications and public procurement (Preference to Make In India) order 2017 and notification dtd 29/08/2018. Relevant documents from concerned department to be submitted.V.Bidder has to submit an affidavit on stamp paper that firm/company has not been blacklisted for any reason in last 5 years by any Government Department anywhere in India from the date of Bid submission.VI.The Bidder/OEM should have a fully functional Service/Support centre in Karnataka (preferably in Bengaluru) with GST/VAT/Service Tax/Sales Tax Registration.VII.Bidder should submit all relevant Government compliances certificate including-a)Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS certificate).b)Equipment Type Approval Certificate (ETA).
