Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth,1.5 m in width as well as 10 m² on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells , cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed:All kinds of soil:

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical menas including disposal of material with in 50 mtr lead 1:3:6 or richer mix.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - all work up to plinth level in 1:4:8 1 cement:4 Coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nomnial size) (Including all carriages and leads).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - all work up to plinth level in 1:3:6( 1 cement:3 Coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nomnial size) (Including all carriages and leads).

Providing and fixing 75 mm dia rigid PVC pipes for weep holes .

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-mechanically treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more .

Centering and shuttering including strutting , proping etc. and removal of form for :

Foundation , footings, bases of columns etc, for , mass concrete.

Columns , pillars , piers, abutments , posts and struts.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgendy , bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer -in-charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and joining with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. (Including all carriages and leads).

Providing, laying,spreading and compacting crushed stone aggregate of 63 mm to 45 mm size to WBM specifications in uniform thickness , hand picking , rooling with 3 wheeled road/ vibratory rooler of 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber , applying and brooming of 13.2mm nominal size screening and stone dust as binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate , watering and compacting to required density. Finished work to be measured. (Including all carriages and leads).

Providing, laying,spreading and compacting crushed stone aggregate of 53 mm to22.4 mm size to WBM specifications in uniform thickness , hand picking , rooling with 3 wheeled road/ vibratory rooler of 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber , applying and brooming of 11.2mm nominal size screening and stone dust as binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate , watering and compacting to required density. Finished work to be measured. (Including all carriages and leads).

Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grade premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG -30 @ 3.5% ( percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity including tack coat using Hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10 and all leads, lifts and carriage complete.

2.5 cm premix carpet surfacing with 2.25 cum and 1.12 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively per 100 sqm and 52 kg and 56 kg hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capcity etc. complete With paving Asphalt grade VG-30 with no solvent including tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG -10, seal coat of premixed fine aggregate with bitumen of grade VG -10 and all leads, lifts and carriage complete.

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work , including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In grating, frames, guard bar, ladder, railing, brackets, gates and similar works.

providing and fixing sign board ( 26'x4') over the main gates made of Angle iron and MS sheet including cost of painting and writing complete job.

Supply, installation and commissioning of 100 watt. LED Lights to be fixed with M.S.pipe bracket upto 1.50 m length painted with synthetic enamel paint including cost of M.S. pipe , wiring and DP switch to be fixed on electric poles / walls / shed as directed by Engineer-incharge at site complete job. Painting on G.S.sheets with synthetic enamel paint of approved band and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on New work ( two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution.

Disposal of excavated earth /mulba by mechanical tranport upto a lead of 5 km
