Taking down carefully existing unserviceable/perished surface conduit/concealed conduit/batten/casing caping aluminium/copper point wiring any type for light, fan, bell, socket, power point etc complete including all fixtures and fittings such as batten/conduit/casing caping, switches, sockets, ceiling rose, pendent holder, lamp holders, bracket holders, light fittings, top sheet covers, fan regulators, wooden boxes, MS sunken boxes, etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, ceiling, etc to match with the adjoining surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring concealed type with PVC insulated (unsheathed ) cable 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) multi stranded FRLS copper conductor 1100 V grade & continuous earth wire PVC insulated 1.5 Sq mm copper solid conductor connecting to common earth in and existing PVC conduit, and sunken boxes but fixing new 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover,sheet screws and after removing old unserviceable plastic laminated sheet (including cutting chases & making good the disturbed surface) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following:- Note :- The cost of bakellite sheet is included in the quoted rate

Material and labour for dismantling old earthing and supply, installation and testing earthing complete with galvanisedsteel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm×60 cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not lessthan 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanised iron earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 15 mm bore GI medium grade pipe.Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover & frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation and earth work , all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schd Part-I. M & L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles/ struts etc as filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation etc as filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for dismantling old earthing of any type. Supply, installation, testing of advanced maintenance free environment friendly CPRI approved earthing 10 feet long 17 mm dia earth electrode made high tensile low carbon steel circular rods, molecular bonded copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonded thickness 250 micron) with terminal to connect incoming copper strip 25 x 3 mm earthing strips with the equipment/machinery of desired length as per site requirement with 02 bags (25 Kg each) of environment friendly backfill compound with ROHS test certificate for each. The remaining space will be filled with soil and top of earth pit covered with high density polymer.Earth pit chamber cover of dimension (300 mm x 300 mm x 214 mm) with locking seal as to achieve the desired ohmic value complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Payment will be released only after the resistance value achieved less than 1 ohm. If value of resistance found more than 1 ohm contractor will do the fresh earthing without any extra cost. Note:- T&P required such as ladder/manpower etc are rnclusive in rate quoted.Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account

S & F in replacement PVC non modular MCB box suitable for MCB 6 to 32 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) MCB will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

S &F electric shock treatment chart printed on A0 size paper duly plastic laminated and fixed inside a wooden/PVC photo frame of 50 mm width with 3 mm sheet glass and 6 mm plybood backing and suitable hanging arrangement to wall with hooks/steel chain etc, including taking down old U/S one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S &F First aid chart printed on A0 size paper duly plastic laminated and fixed inside a wooden/PVC photo frame of 50 mm width with 3 mm sheet glass and 6 mm plywood backing and suitable hanging arrangement to wall with hooks/steel chain etc, including taking down old U/S one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying in replacement LT rubber mating chequered type of size 2 mtr x 1 mtr x 12 mm thick as per IS 5424/1969 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement switch socket combination box multi purpose with complete PVC board 5 pin 5 Amps flush type including 1.5 sqmm x 3 core multistranded copper wire of minimum 2 meter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
