Demolition of existing roof treatment of any description such as wornout tarfelt, mortar of any description & any thickness, shurves vegetation, tree, terracing pcc/brick tiles, concrete bedding etc as directed and Cleaning of all foreign material debris etc by brushing and dusting, washing down with water etc ,surface shall be leveled with a layer of 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including mixed with water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions and applying roof treatment with 03mm thick APP modified membrane with non-woven polyster reinforcement(center core) with thermal insulation with white mineral gravel finish on upper side of weight not less than 3.5 kg/sqm , laid by torch application method with overlap 100 mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side as per manufacturer's instructions over one coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS-3384) @0.30 litre/sqm complete all as specified and directed (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof covering from sunshades etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting grooves in stone/brick/concrete wall by mechanical cutter only wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of AC/fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated or semi corrugated,plain sheeting in roof including ridges,sunshades,chajjas etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of fibre glass reinforced translucent plain/corrugated sheeting 2mm thick with two corrugations side lap fixed with L type or J type cranked hook bolts or coach screw & washer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood in scantling clean sawn timber work of suitable size of any shape fixed with screws or nails including preparation of surfaces & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed

Rooting out plants / trees , flora & fauna and foliage as grown on roof/wall surfaces area not exc 0.36 Sqm each by cutting hole into slabs/walls for digging out roots and using chemical to burn deep rooted tree roots etc and making good disturb portion of wall/roof surface with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for two coat plaster 35 mm thick (20 mm + 15 mm) on fair faces or other than fair faces, rough surface of brick/stone/concrete masonry surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article in cm 1:3 with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) mixed in both coats, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.(Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately) Note :- Two coat plaster shall be carried out as mentioned in clause 14.18 of SSR-2009, Part-I complete.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) on fair faces of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for burnt clay brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item no 93 here-in-before but except bricks.Note: Old Serviceable bricks quantity retrieved from demolition shall be used.

Demolition of cement concrete or lime concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions as in padding on roof, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.(Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and disposal of debris complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for for precast reinforcement cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs for drain & manholes etc chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free Non - skid Ceramic Coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including dismantling existing tiling with cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Work against all items can be done in peace meal quantities as requirement raised by users and no objection whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. (b) Cleaning stains and dripping mortars from floors and walls etc. (c ) Use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. Necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (d ) Removing of nails, making good holes, cracks, etc (e ) dust sheets spreading & removing coverings to joinery, floors, fixtures, fittings, furniture, etc to protect them from splashes. (f ) Removing and replacing furniture, movable cupboard, chicks, blinds, etc. (g ) Removing, Washing, cleaning all splashes, drops, dirt from floors, wire mess, builder hardware’s ,glass panes, doors, windows, wardrobes, cupboards, Kitchen cabinet, almirahs etc any type of fixtures & fittings of B/R & E/M Items, furniture, wiring etc and leaving premises in a clean & tidy state. Finally re-fixing blinds, curtains rod, fixtures, fittings etc (Note-Any damaged during work shall be replaced with new items without any extra cost to the govt. (h ) All straight, Raking, circular cutting & wastage etc of tiles & stone etc. (j ) Texture, colour, Shade, tint, make, laying to any pattern, design with one or more Texture, colour, Shade, tint, shall be approved by GE.

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (Rs. 99,635.00). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 19 of IAFW-2249) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 3% (Three percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately after the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 19 of IAFW 2249
