Providing and fixing pre-coated galvanized iron profile sheets (Size, shape and pitch of corrugated as per EIC 0.50mm +- 5% total coated thickness (TCT) Zinc coating 120 gram fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts of required diameter or with G I limpet washer filled with white lead complete up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical pr curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required rafters trusses all complete.

Providing & Fixing ridges or hips of 60 cm over all width of plain pre-coated sheets fixed with polymer coated G I limpet and washers all complete.

Providing and fixing of 300mm x 35mm thick of budloo wood eaves boarding including cost of nails complete.

Providing and fixing of 12mm thick T&G planks made of imported wood (New Zealand pine or equivalent) for roof soffits & ceiling on wood work in false ceiling, partitions sawn and put-up in position (Frame work). Including cost of necessary adhesive & cost of nails/ screws etc complete Job. Including cost of Polish / finishing to be approved by EIC.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like NITCO. ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in all colour, shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slury @ 3:3 Kg per Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. including carriage of material.

Providing and fixing ceramic rectified floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufactures) of Ist quality conforming to IS: 15622 of NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in colour such as white, ivory, grey, fume Red, brown laid on 20mm thick be bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete incl. all carriage and costs of material involved.

Waterproofing of all surfaces as directed by EIC by cleaning the surface with wire brush to make the surface free from all loose particles, dust, etc, then Repairing/making the corner fillets (i.e Gola ) with Dr, Fixit Pidicrete URP 301 or equivalent waterproofing compound in cement and sand mortar in the ratio of 5ltr.URP : 1 cement : 4 sand. Then applying one coat of Dr. Fixit Tourch shield Primer (@ 1 ltr per 3.5 to 4 Sqm) or Equivalent with brush over the surface prepared for waterproofing. After primer coat Dr. Fixit Tourch shield membrane 3160 (3 mm thick) or equivalent is layed over all horizontal and vertical surfaces prepared with tourching and sealing of overlapped joints (Min. overlap of joints = 100 mm).including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing and fixing gang saw cut mirror polished (pre molded and pre-polished), machine cut for kitchen platform, vanity counters window sills facias and similar locations of required size of approved shades , colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) with joints filled with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing molding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Marble 16mm thick.(As per the instructions of engineer in charge).

Providing edge molding to 18 mm thick Granite/Marble stone counters, vanities etc including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc (Double Molding) using glue type adhesive Araldite of Pedilite make for holding the bottom side of the molding (including cost all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete.

Supply and installation of stain finish stainless steel AISI 304 stainless steel handrail and balustrade system having 50mm dia tube handrail (1.5mm gauge) weight 3.70 Kg. erected with chemical grout to be fixed on the top of slab/skirting (Spigot fixed) at Max c/c distance of 600mm complete with all necessary bends and terminations complete, with cover plate, fixings, end terminations, custom bends, as manufactured by Dline or approved equivalent, height shall be 1050mm above the finished skirting level complete as per architectural drawings, pattern & design to be approved by EIC.

Supply and installation of stain finish stainless steel AISI 304 stainless steel posts having 100mm dia tube, erected with chemical grout to be fixed on the top pf slab/skirting (Spigot fixed) at corners complete as manufactured by Dline or approved equivalent & shall be fixed above the finished level complete as per architectural drawings.

Providing and fixing of wardrobe 2’-0” feet deep of approved design & make including shutters, partitioning with 19mm thick (water proof) ply board of approved make and quality and fixing 1mm thick mica of approved colour and make over the frame and shutter as around including cost of all fixtures i.e. glazing, locking arrangements, handle etc. as per the directions of site Engineer. (complete Job)

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC of desired colour casement/ casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of UPVC multi/chambered frames, sash and mullion (wherever required extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60+- 0.2mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to UPVC profile), UPVC including window panels with fly proof SS wire mesh extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (desired powder coated) casement handles, G I fasteners 100x8mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc profile of frame & sash shall mitered cut & fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. after fixing frame the gap between frame & adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size & of approved quality & including glazing, silicon filling all complete as per approved drawing & direction of EIC.
