Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or cement concrete surfaces & finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new surface/undecorated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint of approved tint over a coat of priming on plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified.

Demolition of concrete(reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise speifically provided.

Material and Labour for pre cast cover slab using PCC (1:2:4) type B1 and set in CM 1:6 with top surface finished even & fair complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally or hoping for columns, hooking ends & binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches,pillars,etc,but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M & L for Walling of squared rubble,regular coursed, well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted masonary built in CM 1:6 including hammer dressing all as specified and directed.

All as per above Item No 8 but except stone, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to rubble or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought up to coarse with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Boulder pitching is grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc.10cm in width and setting in mortar complete in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete cast-in situ 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded aggragate) in bands, coping and the like incl weathering throating as directed incl use of formwork all as specified and directed.

Dismantling barbed wire fencing of any description

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for all as specified and directed.

S&F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessarydrilling, bolting or riveting, embeding in concrete etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 (R)

S & F for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barded wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mmmm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of strandard rails straning bolts, incl, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel, wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured separately).

Supply and Fixing for zinc coated concertina coil of thickness 2.50 mm of core wire and 0.5 mm thick cold rolled carbon strip (dia approx 610 mm that covering 6 mtr length and 50 spirals) having weight not less than 8.00 Kg per coil all as directed.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains etc.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel up to 55 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

M & L for framed work such as grill, gratings, gate, etc with ends of bars shoulderedand /or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work corn-conforming to Fe.290. M&L Preparing new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width/girth, applying two coats of synthethic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.50 mtr deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceed 50m and not exceeding 100m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point.

M&L for preperation of old decorated wall surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smokes soot, module, moss and effloroscent salts, trading oil and gresy spots and applying one coat of cement based paint on walls complete all as specified.

Cleaning and maintenance of sewage lines and attending day to day complaints of different type of cleaning of sewarage work such as blockage of WHB, WC, Urinal, sinks, bottle trap, floor trap, Nahani traps, "P" or "S" traps of WC, gully trap, vertical CI pipe/PVC pipes of any dia including junction holes of any description, repairing of CI pipe joints (Lead/Cement joints), cleaning of sewage lines, manholes of any size and depth in various areas under 26 ED and GV Camp to maintain sewage system fully functional with and including petty repairs items/ materials i.e screws, washers, plugs, grease etc, cutting of grass, vegetation, shrubs etc, digging out roorts within sewage shafts completely by crow bars, chisel etc and cleaning of rain water pipelines laid in any situation for cleaning and removing blockage from entire system and making it fully functional with manual / pressure cleaning pump and flexible rods and other necessary tools and equipments etc complete all as specified and directed and remvoal of sludge/mud outside MOD land, everyday excluding Sunday by deploying following manpower to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified. Note :- Complaint must be attended with in 24 hours of receipt of complaint . (ii) The cost of Transpotation (to and fro) and other necessary T&P, Flexible rods, wirre, Bamboo sticks and other equipment and safty gear shall be arranged/bought by contractor to complete the job and no exter cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (iii) Apprroximate length of sewage line is 5800 Rm.(iv) Apprroximate No. of MH IS 450Nos. (v) Apprroximate No. of Md Accn is 410 No. and OTM 125 No. Locations at GV Camp & 26 ED

Removal of sludge/disposal/sediment of Manhole of any size and any depth including taking out sludge, sewer water, any other materials etc and disposal of the same outside MD land complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches for exposing the sewage line and breaking SGSW pipe horizontally on top to help cleaning the sewer line from Manhole to the location where the SGSW pipe is broken and covering the broken portion of SGSW pipe from the top and sealing the opening in CM (1:3) including returning filling and ramming in trenches with excavated earth and disposal off surplus earth to a distance not exceeding. 50 m complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge (irrespective of depth and type of soil).

Demolition of existing SWSG gully trap including PCC kerb etc and supply and fix SWG gully trap square mouthed 100mm size set in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 block measuring 450mm and 100mm thick bed concrete and jointing to drain pipe in CM (1:1) including 100x150mm high PCC kerb in (1:2:4) type B1 with CI perforated grating 150x150mm bituminous coated including disposal of waste/sludge complete all as directed.

Demolition of PCC around floor trap and dismantling existing floor trap and fix new PVC floor/Nahani trap with CP Gratinngs100mm dia in existing pipe and embedding in CM (1:1) including lowering or raising with vertical piece with PVC pipe for jointing trap at true level of floor complete all as directed.

Removing / Bailing of sewage water the septic tank of various capacities and disposal outside MD land including cutting and removing all vegetable growth plants etc in around septic tank and filter bed etc and removing debris outside MD land.

Removal of sludge/disposal/sediment from septic tank of various capacities and disposal the same outside MD land including cutting and removing all vegetable growth plants etc including uprooting of small plants around septic tanks and filter beds and etc and removing debris outside MD land.

Excavation in trenches depth exceeding 1.5m wide and n. exc. 3.00 mtr deep and getting out in hard/dense soil all as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (salt glazed stone ware) set in Cement Mortar, 150mm bore and getting out from trenches.

Cutting into existing Main Hole for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete PCC (1:2:4) type B1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required internal dia of pipe 150mm.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 for bed to drain pipes 200mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as directed.

M & L Rendering 10mm thick 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as directed.

Note :- Complaint must be attended with in 24 hours of receipt of complaint .
