Maintenance of various colonies under Nazul A/c-II, Dwarka Zone.

Supply of drinking (potable) water through water tankers from DJB source to 273(276) EWS HOUSING MANGLAPURI DWARKA including driver, helper, lubricants, fuels and unloading in UGR all complete as per regular/requirement basis as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: i) . The DJB water source shall be Madhu vihar DJB water plant.

Conditions:- 1 The water shall be supplied by the agency as and when required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2 The agency shall submit mobile number for receiving the telephonic message/call from the Engineer-in-charge and should be available for picking up the calls round the clock. 3 If agency fails to supply the water tanker on demand then the penalty of Rs. 5000/- per tanker of 10 KL water will be recovered from the agency. 4 The Agency shall display a board written ‘ON DDA DUTY’ on water tankers. 5 The agency shall be solely responsible for any mishappening accident, dispute with RWA etc. while transportation and distribution of water and for the same nothing extra shall be paid to the agency. 6 The number of tankers to be supplied can vary on each day as per daily requirements. 7 The work of water supply can be terminated at any time without giving any notice to the agency. No claim however shall be entertained on this account. 8 All necessary permission from any Govt. Body/Transport Deptt., if any, shall be taken by agency on its own. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. 9 The payment of water charges will be paid by the agency itself to the DJB as per the prevalent rates of DJB and it is already included in the estimate.
