(a) Repairs to 400 KVA Electric Transformer installed at LIS Thanger chowdrhialla by way of disconnecting the Electric transformer from HT and LT connections, lifting it with the help of chain pulley block and tripod stand. Opening of the top cover by way of unscrewing the nuts/ bolts using tools, tackles and manual labour. Checking of the internal assembly of electric Transformer and level of T.olil in it. Heating of the Oil at site by using heating means to ensure moisture free oil and then topping up the Transformer oil with necessary required T.oil approx 70 lts. Re-fixing of top cover, nuts/ bolts and gaskets. Job further includes Providing/ fitting of link sets and D.O set in place of damaged one at LIS Thanger Chowdrhialla. The job involves disconnecting the HT power supply. Extraction of damaged link sets and D.O Sets. Providing/fitting of link sets and D.O set in place of damaged one. And restoring of all damaged connections Making HT connections. Complete job at site including cost of materials, labour charges of skilled and semi-skilled labour and hiring charges of tools and tackles as required during the execution of the job. Complete Job (b) Replacement of damaged double kinetic air release valve at LIS Thanger chowdrhialla. The job involves providing/fitting of new double kinetic air release valve for 400 dia. rising main in place of damaged one. Complete job include cost of air release valve & fitment /welding charges etc. Complete Job (c) Replacement of 350mm dia. NRV at LIS Thanger Chowdhriala in place of damaged NRV by way of dismantling from its installed position. Job involves dismantling of old damaged NRV from M.S Rising Main of 400mm dia by way of digging of surrounding area for smooth working ,chiseling , unscrewing of old nuts/ bolts. Providing/ fiiting of new NRV of 350mm dia by way of welding of new flanges to existing M.S Rising main of dia 400mm dia, screwing of 350mm dia NRV to the pipe line along with P/f of new rubber flanges, new nuts/ bolts and re-fitting it on its position. Refilling of the digging area with stones/earth filling material . Complete job includes cost of materials, hire charges of welding set and labour charges, head load, transportation charges etc at the site.Rebate on old parts/ components to be provided by executing agency. Complete Job The Rebate on old damaged parts/scrap should be quoted in the rebate column provided in BOQ
