Description of Work
145 KV SF6 Gas circuit breaker, CGL-make all three pole dismantling and renovation work due to SF6 gas leakage and erection work of Bus coupler bay at 132/33KV Central Substation under Kusmunsa Area. The job includes the following: Supplying of mandatory spare parts and required tools for renovation work of 145KV, CGL- make SF6 Gas Circuit breaker to stop the gas leakage by Service Engineer complete job as required. Supply of spares include: ETNA seal set- 03 nos., O-Ring P-105- 12 nos, O-Ring G-240/G-220- 06 nos., Absorbent - 3 Kg Micro Carbon Grease 1pkt - 50 gms Anabond 680 or Silastic (1080- 100 gms) - 8 Tubes Jointal-Z 1 packet- 10 gms SF6 as filling device with complete accessories - 1 no. SF6 gas leakage detector - 1 no. SF6 GAS cylinder, 50 KG- 1 no.
Assistance of manpower to support the said job. Assistance of 02 skilled, 04 semi-skilled and 04 unskilled manpower per day (08 hrs) is required for handling insulator at the time of dismantling and laid on the wooden silly, unscrew poles, fitting/replacing them, after fitting spares again tightening nutbolt ad erection of poles, etc. complete job as required to support the service engineer for completing the work.
