Dismantling, taking out carefully old existing ply wood of any description, and replacement of the same with S&F new ply wood, 12mm thick, commercial on both side, BWR grade of size (as shown on drg) fixed with steel screws made to shape fixed in position complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.(Make: Archid Ply/ Green Ply/ Century Ply).

Replacement of ply wood on both side of head rest frame with S&F new 3.5mm thick ply wood one side teak veneered & other side commercial grade - I (with BWP Resin) and including teak wood beading plain for head rest alround and Half cut round beading front side and other side complete as per drg, beading made to shape fixed in position complete all as shown on drg specified and directed.(Make: Archid Ply/ Green Ply/ Century Ply).

Replacement of leg of head rest with S&F new Ist class HW (teak wood) leg made to shape fixed in position complete all as shown on drg specified and directed.

Replacement of plywood 3.5mm thick, one side teak, and plain beading and half cut round beading of foot rest with S&F new ply wood of foot rest fixing in position complete all as shown on drg, specificed and directed.

Replacement of leg of foot rest with S&F new Ist class HW (teak wood) leg made to shape fixed in position complete all as shown on drg specified and directed.

Replacement of long rail with S&F new Ist class HW (teak wood) long rail made to shape fixed in position complete all as shown on drg specified and directed.

BED NEWAR FD-245

Removing of old U/S cotton newar from bed newar and S & F new top of size 6.5'x3' x 12 mm thick commercial plywood, ISI marked, BWR grade over bed newar with screws in lieu of newar etc complete all as directed by the Engg-in- Charge. (Make of plywood : Archid Ply/ Green Ply/ Century Ply).

Removing of old U/S/ broken long rail from Bed newar and provn of new long rail of size 75mm x50mm of suitable length and made out of teak wood with rounded edges and fixing the same in position all as shown on drawing and as directed.

All as per srl item No. 3.02 here-in-before but short rail of size 75mm x 50mm of suitable length.

Removing of old U/S head rest from bed newar and S & F new head rest made out of Ist class hard wood teak including provision of 4 mm thick ply wood one side teak veneered & other side commercial grade - I (with BWP Resin) including teak wood beading 4 mm thick as per shape and size shown in drawing and fixed with nails including melamine polishing to ply & beading complete all as specified and directed. with both side MNF arrangement and fixing the same all as shown on drawing including one coat of melamine polish.

Polishing to wooden article with melamine polish of approved grade and brand after cleaning, dusting and scratching the entire wooden surface of article with sand emery paper, filling putty to the bore holes making surface smooth by sanding and grinding with standard workmanship.The polishing shall be carried out after making the article intact by tightening all parts by placing wooden brackets at each corners and carrying out antitermite and antibug treatment.

Dismantling, taking out carefully old existing plywood from seat & chair wooden bottom without arms & replacement of the same with S&F new plywood (Make: Archid Ply/ Green Ply/ Century Ply) both side commercial face BWR grade conforming to IS 303-1975, 6mm thick for seat with holes, made to shape, fixed with 24 Nos steel screws of suitable size fixed in position all as shown on drawing, specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Polishing to table dining with melamine polish of approved grade and brand after cleaning,dusting and scratching the entire wooden surface with sand emery paper, filling putty to the bore holes making surface smooth by sanding and grinding with standard workmanship.The polishing shall be carried out after making the article intact by tightening all parts and carrying out antitermite and antibug treatment.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces of table by grinding with grinding machine including filling of cavities with putty/ filler/ sealer and applying two coats of melamine polish of approved make with glossy finish by using spray machine complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of side with S&F new side of 12mm thick particle board, one side teak veneered and other side commercial, exterior grade, BWR with and including 6mm thick teak wood beading alround, made to shape, fixed in position, all as shown on drg, specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete materials & labour.

Replacement of bottom with S&F new 12mm thick ply, teak veneered on one side and commercial on other side grade I with (BWR Resin) made to shape fixed in position, all as shown on drg, specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete materials & labour.(Make of BWR Ply: Archidlam/ Greenlam/ Century).

Replacement of mirror with S&F new mirror of size 380mm x 760mm x 5.5mm thick (Make : Atul, Swastic, Golden fish) made to shape fixed in position, all as shown on drg, specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Replacement of back frame with S&F new back frame made out of 45mm x 40mm teak wood members & 6mm thick commercial ply grade BWR type BB, made to shape fixed in position, all as shown on drg, specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Replacement of knob with S&F new chromium plated knob 25mm dia, 24mm length as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge of best quality.

Replacement of drawer with S&F new drawer made to shape fixed in position, all as shown on drg, specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Melamine Polishing one coat to old surfaces and two coats to new surfaces including preparation of surfaces for table dressing gents complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
