Disconnecting Electric connection, removing / transporting the unsv water cooler of capacity 40 ltrs to 150 Ltrs to workshop for painting work which includes removing the existing deteriorated/rusted body for paint by scrapping and filling of cavaties with filler spray, denting/ welding, patch work with existing size of MS sheet and painting the body with synthetic enamel paint two coats over a coat of redoxide and marking the SM/MES No (of reqd size and shape) with black paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old split type air conditioner indoor unit and Supply , installation and testing Indoor unit of split type air conditioner complete with cordless remote control and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 star rating of capacity 1.5 Ton with wall mounted fixing plate suitable size incl breezing work for fixing existing site all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing sub main wiring of two single core FRLS-H PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cables of size 4 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade, drawn through and including 20 mm dia PVC surface conduit/Cassing capping of 1.2 mm wall thickness including all fixing accessories, and 4 sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Both running cables including earth wire including one run pvc conduit pipe shall be measured & paid for as single length.

Supply and fixing 3 core 2.5 sqmm copper cable for connection between indoor & out door unit 1100 volts grade, drawn through and including 20 mm dia PVC surface conduit/Cassing capping of 1.2 mm wall thickness including all fixing accessories all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 4 core 1.5 sqmm copper cable for connection between indoor & out door unit 1100 volts grade, drawn through and including 20 mm dia PVC surface conduit/Cassing capping of 1.2 mm wall thickness including all fixing accessories all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing of MCB's 240V confirming to IS of rating 6A to 32A SP, ' C' Series, 10 KA breaking capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top, single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one MCB SP , 20 Amps , 230 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs/replacement air termination at any height, single pointed, aluminium rod 19 mm dia and 300 mm long to be screwed and sturdily fixed to GI pipe of 40 mm dia with and including two no. sets of suitable size nut, bolt, washers (02 Nos.) all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- PCC block and GI pipe required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A'.

Supply and fix in repairs/replacement air termination at any height, single pointed, aluminium rod 19 mm dia and 600 mm long to be screwed and sturdily fixed to GI pipe of 40 mm dia with and including two no. sets of suitable size nut, bolt, washers (02 Nos.) complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- PCC block and GI pipe required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A'.

Description all as per item No 56 above but GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm.

Supply and fix in replacement of GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm to be buried in ground as earth continuity conductor to be fixed from test point to test point complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Earth work required shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for earthing complete with 17.2 mm Copper bonded Earthing rod including Short circuit testing of minimum 40 KA at CPRI/NABL, 3 mtr long and having copper bonding thickness will be minimum 250 microns and copper bonded terminal to connect earthing strip with suitable depth holes for nut bolts, buried directly and vertically in ground with top edge below ground level after making bore hole of required dia and 3-4 mtr deep using suitable mechanical drilling machine (for drilling near the specified bldg) connected with galvanized steel earthing lead of 32x6 mm strip with minimum two Nos of GI nut bolts and connected to test point from earthing pit. Area between pipe and copper rod filled with Dry type chemical powder.The electrode pipes should be filled with 2x 25 kg bags of carbide based BFC earthing compound of product code BFC25SILVR. The resistance of the compound should be less than 0.1 Oms . The compound should be highly conductive, hygroscopic, non magnetic, non corrosive in nature and have best moisture retaining qualities with ph value between 7-9. Connected to the earthing test point, Special high grade polymer compound Round earth pit with pit cover, including necessary returning filling & removal of extra soil , to achieved earth resistance value less than 1 Oms including testing complete all as specified Make U-Protect or equivalent NOTE :- IF the desired result not obtained after testing the contractor should do re-eathing without any extra cost.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing the debris from the site to a location as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs/replacement of 600/1000mm 40mm dia. light grade GI pipe at any height complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing existing worn out CI cover with angle iron frame of earth chamber and supply and fix new CI cover of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 6 mm thick fixed in frame made out of mild steel angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick with and including locking and lifting arrangement, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
