Preparation of old surface after complete removal of existing treatment applying 1 mm thick wall care putty and making the surface smooth and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying one coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed .

M&L two coats of colour wash on surface of wall including preparation of old plastered surface complete all as spd and directed.

M&L two coats of white wash on surface of ceiling including preparation of old plastered surface complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for one coats of synthetic enamel paint on old steel painted surfaces including preparation of surfaces of any description not otherwise descriped over 10 cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coats of synthetic enamel paint on old wooden painted surfaces including preparation of surfaces of any description not otherwise descriped over 10 cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement plaster on brick walls/ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ready mix plaster of 10mm thick on brick or conc surfaces in wall (Internal surfaces) incl necessary cement slurry with builk density 1.40 to 1.70 kg, water ratio 17 to 19% by weight & compressive strength as per IS 4031 part 6 applied as per manufacturer incl necessary scafolding upto 12.0m height complete all as specified and directed (Make Ultratech readiplast/ Birla Aerocon RMP/ ACC Suraksha RMP). ( Working height upto 12m)

M&L two coats of super latex 302 of Dr fixit or equ. in the ratio 1:4: 7 (one part super latex 302, 4 part water and 7 part cement ) @ 1.50 Kg of homogenious mixture per Sqm in two coats and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note- super latex 302 shell be measured and paid seperatly

Supply only super latex 302 of Dr fixit or equivalent

M&L preparation of newly plastered surface on walls and applying 1 mm thick wall care putty and making the surface smooth and applying two coat of Oil Bound Distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or discription) from wooden frame or stone,concrete or brick surrounds,aluminum frame , glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 4 mm thick ordinary sheet glass with obsecuring glass in aluminum frame with rubber gasket neoprene packing complete in squares not exc 0.50 Sqm each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC Water storage tank 200 ltrs rectangular shape with 20 mm tank nipple X 2 and other connected fitting complete all as specified & directed. NOTE :- 1. Rate of GI FITTINGS AND connected items required to fix the tank should be included in the quoted rate.

S&F in repairs fancy type stainless steel curtain rods powder coated polished 20 mm dia incl brackets and finale and connected items complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic tiles colored tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm,in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement laid over and including 15mm thick cement mortar screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in dado/vertical surface (300mm x200mm x 7 mm) thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface including 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 even and fair for receving tiles on vertical surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Tiling work can be done in patches and to be done over finished surface from Upvc Pipes fitting into the wall if required .

S&F in rep chromium plated jet for WC with 1.00 M long PVC pipe including necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed( hindware/jaquar/prayag).

M&L Cutting chases in brick walls,pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings,steps,cills,sunshades,shelves,lintels,etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concelled conduit wiring,etc. and making good, cutting exceeding 20 cm girth NOTE:- wall tiles should be fixed over the make good surface after PLUMBING work is completed & will be paid in the above item no 18 seperately.

Supplying and laying of CPVC Pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings including short lengths on wall/ceiling or laying in floors concealed in wall with all fittings (such as bends, Brass elbows, Brass Tee, short pieces, Male/female brass threaded adaptor , back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs, unions etc.) of outer diameter 20 mm complete all as specified including taking down existing GI.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) of wooden/steel n.exc 1.5 sqm.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & Bottom rails.
