(b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks / brick bats 25mm to 115mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining was upto 300mm height including rounding of junction of walls and slaps. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg / sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. (d) Finishing the surface with 20mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1: 4 admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fiber cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300mm / sq 3mm deep. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water far a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by Engineer-in-charge. With average thickness of 120mm and minimum thickness at khurras as 65mm.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey of primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give and even shade two or more coats on new work.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade (two or more coats) on new steel work.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes channels, plates etc. including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluded fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). 25 mm thick.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate (Crushed).

20mm cement plas!er finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Honey-comb brick work 10/11.4 em thick with bricks of class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked indicating the BIS License No. with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank (Sintex, Electroplast, star, Lotous or equivalent having valid ISI license).

Providing and fixing of motor of approved make of 1.00 HP including making arrangement for inlet pipe of suitable dia and connecting with outlet pipes with fittings and making electric connection / point including all leads and lift carriage complete.

Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading / unloading and stacking at site complete.

Stone agg. above 40mm size for an avg. lead of 22 Kms.

Sand for an avg. lead of 22 Kms.

Crusher bajri for an avg. lead of 22 Kms.

Bricks for an average lead of 5 Kms.
