| 1 | Dismantling of unserviceable monoblock pumpset with motor 3 phase 415 volts 11KW/15 HP at 2880 RPM suitable for monoblock pump Model KDS - 1537+ Make : Kirloskar, strip opening and taking out rotor carefully, cleaning of rotor and stator, Checking the rotor bearings, pump bearings,gaskets, impeller keys, terminal plate, Gun Metal Bushs, Cooling fan blades, winding etc complete and re-assembling the motor including replacement of studs with nuts, retesting of motor for full RPM and full discharge water after coupling with pump set complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - (i). The unit rate quoted above shall be deemed to include only for removing the motor and pumpset to perform the above mentioned works.
(ii). Any parts / spares required to make it fully functional shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item as supply only. | 2 | Each Job | - | - |
| 2 | Material and Labour in repairs for taking out burnt stator winding with out damage to stator body of 11KW/15 HP at 2880 RPM suitable for monoblock pump Model KDS - 1537+ Make : Kirloskar, rewinding the electric motor by super enamelled copper conductor (Wire) including providing insulating Mika paper in stator slots, PVC sleeves, varnish the winding complete. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.NOTE- (i). The unit rate quoted above shall be deemed to include only for rewinding the motor.
