Cleaning of over head tank by desludging, scraping the bottom, sides wall and upper bottom with the help of scrapper/wire iron brush removing all scales, cracked earth, dirt, mud/slit algi, fungus and other foreign deposited materials including dewatering the left over water complete and making of one coat by bleaching powder for disinfection of OHT inner side complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge from RCC over head tanks 50,000 Gallons.

All as per ser item No 1 as above but 1,00,000 Gallons capacity.

All as per ser item No 1 as above but 2,00,000 Gallons capacity.

All as per ser item No 1 as above but 10,000 Gallons capacity.

Cleaning of under ground Sump capacity 10,000 Gallons by desludging/ scraping the bottom, sides, upper bottom and walls (Internal) with the help of scrapper/wire iron brush, removing all scale, dirt/mud, caked earth, slit and deposited materials including other foreign deposited materials including dewatering the left over water and taking them out complete and painting of one coat by liquid bleaching powder inner side of UG Sump complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per ser item No 05 as above but 20,000 to 25,000 Gallons capacity.

All as per ser item No 05 as abovebut 50,000 Gallons capacity.

All as per ser item No 05 as above but 1,00,000 Gallons capacity.

Painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint ( black colour) on wall surface and writing the details of (a) Booster pump house No (b) Capacity of under ground sump (c) Date of cleaning etc by using white colour synthetic enamel paint on painted surface complete all as directed by Engr - in Charge.

All as per ser item No 9 as above but writing details of O/H tanks viz (a) capaicty of over head tank (b) Date of cleaning

Note for item No 11,12 & 13:- Special fitting such as bends elbows, tees ,Sluice valves etc will be measured and paid seperately under relevent items of this schedule Dismantling and taking out old header flanged CI pipe 300mm bore ISI marked with IS 3989 from exiting ramp & M&L for CI pipes with flanged ends both side centrifugally cast , class-B in any lenght & fixed in vertical/hoprizontal position at ground level to existing ramp including dismantling of bends , sluice valve etc including replacement of gasket, nuts , bolts washers etc complete all as directed by Engineer - in Charge.

Dismantling and taking out wash out/main rising/ over flow/supply line and M&L for CI pipes with flanged ends both side centrifugally cast , class-B in any lenght of size 200 mm bore ISI marked with IS 3989 & fixed in vertical position from bottom of tank to ground level including dismantling of bends , sluice valve etc including replacement of gasket, nuts , bolts washers etc complete all as directed by Engineer - in Charge.

Dismantling and taking out wash out/main rising/ over flow/supply line and M&L for CI pipes with flanged ends both side centrifugally cast , class-B in any lenght of size 150 mm bore ISI marked with IS 3989 & fixed in vertical position from bottom of tank to ground level including dismantling of bends , sluice valve etc including replacement of gasket, nuts , bolts washers etc complete all as directed by Engineer - in Charge.

M&L in replacement of CI specials/bends(any type, radius and angle) tapers and any type straight bends ,increasing/ decreasing or double sockets etc, Tee Pieces, Single Branch, Y Junction, double branch cresses (all socket & spigot), coolers & plgs for connecting bore upto 200 mm including cuttting of CI pipe line all as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Note:-Earth work & lead jounts will be paid & measured separately respective item of Sch).

Supply and fixing cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’ of 100 mm bore ISI marked with IS 14846 both flanged ends and frilled high tensile stainless steel spindle CI gate with brass ring non rising type cast iron wheel handle cast iron cap complete with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile) washers etc and testing including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable CI sluice valve of 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Note: All the material such as Sluice valve pipes will be paid after varification of purchase voucher and test certificates from OEM.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber of size 900x 900 x 600 mm (Internal dimension) using sub class ‘B’ bricks complete, earth work, PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation including necessary excavation RFR & removing of surplus soil etc PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 200 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping on top including formwork, internal plaster 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) MS sheet cover 3 mm thick with locking arrangement and hinging device, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer red oxide complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Excavation in trenches, in soft/loose soil not exc 1.5m depth and not exc 1.5m in width for repairs/ replacements to existing pipe lines etc and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in with the excavated soil including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick including making crown at the top of the trenches by watering etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials/surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete (1:2:4) type B2 , 40 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from existing and providing cement plaster 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 to outer surface complete all as specified and directerd.

M&L for precast cement concrete in lintels, bressumers, steps, block massionary, course copping piers caps, columns pillars corpet brackets, etc with plain fare faces including charmes weathering ,throating etc, and setting in mortor , complete with jointy match set in cement mortor 1:4 type C1(1:3:6) 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for brocken brick course aggregaete 40 mm graded nominal size for filling under ramp/foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash brick straight or curved on plain exc.6 mtr mean radius built in old size brick , in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified annd directed.

Replacement of U/S foot valve with new foot valve with ISI marked of following size 150mm bore with flanged/screwed type, complete all as specified annd directed.

Replacement of U/S foot valve with new foot valve with ISI marked of following size 100mm bore with flanged/screwed type complete all as specified annd directed.

Dismantling and taking out wash out flanged CI pipe 200mm bore from over head tank, fixed in vertical position from bottom of tank to ground level including dismantling of bends , sluice valve etc and refixing the same after cleaning including replacement of fibre board gasket, nuts , bolts washers etc complete all as directed by Engineer - in Charge
