Material and labour for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded stone aggt) as in foundations, filling & mass concrete for fixing of tubular posts complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggt) as in mass filling for fixing of MS tubular vertical frame in floor or bed block complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor with 38mm glass dividing strips and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Glass dividing strips shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item of this schedule.)

Supply only glass dividing strips 38mm wide, 3mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete solid block, Type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid block, exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM (1:6)complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item of this schedule).

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work as in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1998 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 0.50 mm thick pre painted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering/cladding to walls fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay Double Wall Corrugated(DWC) pipe 75mm dia, grade of SN4, each of 6 meters length fixed on the wall by suitable double ended clamps with suitable screws and jointing of pipe to pipe with suitable rubber rings complete all as specified and directed as per site requirement.
