Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of cols, bdy pillars, posts, struts, etc. filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and shown on drawing all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh/ MS work etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 bent to shape all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric square mesh in available size(nominal pitch of wires 50mm and dia of wire each way 3mm,per sqm wt 2.22kg,including line wires,standards,rails,straining bolts,etc,including provision of binding wire size or type weight not exc 4kg/sqm all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & Lfor preparation of steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

S & F framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work for water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping kerbs,hold fast blocks, benching and the like, incl weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
