Laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road I vibratory roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening I binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density. (DSR-18/16.4)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG- 10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechnical broom. MORTH 503 (ii) (as per CRRI recommandation)

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bitumin Macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

40 mm compacted thickness with bitumen penetration of 60/70@ 4.50% by weight of total mix.

Providing and laying bitumen concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder CRMB @5.4% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with hydrostatic paver finsher with sensor control to the required grade, level, and alignment rolling with smooth, wheeled, vibrator and tendom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause 509 complete in all respect (MORTH//GNIDA)
