Taking down unserviceable ceiling fans/exhaust fans/fresh air fans of any make and type and rectifying the defects including replacement of unserviceable parts and testing and reinstalling at same or any other location as directed at site by Engineer-in-charge. Notes: - (i). The unit rate is deemed to include the cost of taking down carefully fans from existing position after disconnecting electric connections, sealing cable ends, bringing to MES store yard and refixing in same as different locations after repair/painting etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Cost of major items such as ball bearing, gun metal bush, capacitors, blades, canopy and repair/ rewinding /painting etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule as supply only. (iii) Minor items or works like tightening loose connections in switch, binding insulation tape to the naked wires, replacement of unserviceable clamps, nuts and bolts, split pins, rubber reel, washers etc will be provided without any extra cost and cost of these minor items or works will be deemed to be included in the quoted rates against this item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account

Material and labour for spray painting ceiling fan (1200 mm/ 1400 mm) with one coat complete, with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, after cleaning all dusts including writing of MES Nos in black paint all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for spray painting exhaust fan of any make, type and size with one coat complete, with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, after cleaning all dusts including writing of MES Nos in black paint all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of worn out/burnt out windings of ceiling fan and re-winding the motor of ceiling fan with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge, varnishing with approved quality insulating varnish complete including replacement of split/safety pins, locking nut, check nut and testing for original and consumption complete for following sizes:

1200 mm sweep.

1400 mm sweep.

Dismantling of worn out/burnt out windings of exhaust fan any type and re-winding the motor with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge, varnishing with approved quality insulating varnish complete and testing for original and consumption complete for following sizes:

200/230 mm sweep.

Supply only capacitors 2.5 MFD suitable for all types of fans complete.

Supply only capacitors 4.0 MFD suitable for all types of fans complete all as directed.

Supply only ball bearing suitable for ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any type as required including proper alignment of shaft and testing for following sizes:

Supply and fixing in replacement bush made out of Gun metal suitable for ceiling fan/exhaust fan as required at site all as directed.

Supply and fixing replacement of shaft of approved quality for ceiling fan/ exhaust fan any make, type and size complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement canopy (set of two) suitable for ceiling fans of any make, type and size.

Suply only down rod MS grade 15 mm bore of length not more than 45 cm suitable for ceiling fans of any type and size including cutting, drilling holes, making thread and painting complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement ceiling fan blade of type and make as existing or as directed at site of following sizes:

1200 mm sweep.

1400 mm sweep.

Supply and fixing in replacement hum free step type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet including taking down the old unserviceable one all as directed.

Taking down & re-hanging and connecting ceiling fan of any make any sweep for servicing including washing /cleaning throughly and filling fresh grease including minor repairs (SITE OR STORE) renewal of split pins, connector block, worn out nuts bolts and washers complete reassembling and testing for satisfactory operation complete.

Disconnecting electric connection and taking down old unserviceable electric meter from existing location and depositing MES store yard.

Supply and fixing single phase, single register electronic 10-60 Amps, 240volts, accuracy class 1.0 keypad prepayment meters with split unit and provision for TOD (Time of day) tariff and RTC (Real Time Clock) alongwith parallel home display unit for remote monitoring at houses with inbuilt load control switch having dual facility of meter reading from meter reading instrument including customer interface unit for data transfer including 2 Nos high grade polycarbonate meter seal with SMC meter box. Prepaid meter approved as per IS:13779 specifications complete.

Supply and fix microprocessor based AC single phase static energy meter of accuracy class 1.0, 240V, 50 Hz with optical port and with backlit LCD display of rating 10 to 60 amp.

All as per item No. 18 above but 3 phase complete.

Material and labour for submain wiring along with earth continuity conductor with PVC insulated FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable (Phase-Red, Neutral-Black, Earth-Green) drawn in and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade, ISI marked ivory colour alongwith accessorirs of following sizes in 25 mm dia PVC conduit all as directed.

2x6 Sqmm + 1x2.5 Sqmm (earth).

Material and labour PVC insulated and sheathed 3 core flexible cable with multistranded copper conductor 1100 volt grade of size 1.5 Sqmm by using PVC clips where required all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of fresh air Fan with built in louvers of size 200mm, 230volt AC single phase 50Hz incl depositing the old one in MES store yard complete.

All as per item No. 22 above but size 250mm complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement of exhaust fan heavy duty metallic body AC 230Volt single phase including louvers and fixing accessories incl depositing the old one in MES store yard complete of following sizes :-

250 Sweep.

300 Sweep.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ceiling fan AC 230 Volt single phase five star rating and fixing accessories complete of 1200 mm sweep incl depositing the old one in MES store yard complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of wall mounted fan AC 230Volt single phase five star rating and fixing accessories complete of 300 mm sweep incl depositing the old one in MES store yard all as directed.

Taking down aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendent, regulators, sockets, flourescent tube light fittings etc, removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings and floors etc complete all as direct.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqrmm copper conductor FRLS (multistrand) PVC insulated ISI marked unsheathed cable in and including concealed PVC conduits, medium grade having wall thickness not less than 1.6 mm, ISI marked not less than 20 mm dia with all fittings/accessories with and including PVC insulated ISI marked unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper multistranded conductor FRLS as earth wire connected to common earth dolly and including sunk cast iron / pressed steel terminal boxes, junction boxes, other boxes made from 2 mm thick sheet of suitable sizes for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulators, light fittings etc covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet (Make Hylum or equivalent ISI marked) for one light point or one fan point or one bell point, independent controlled by one, 1 way switch/ push button complete all as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement indoor decorative ultra slim surface/wall mounted T5LED batten tube light with 1x20 watt tube light fitting complete fitting with polycarbonate channel housing & integrated electronic driver, energy efficient, 14V-270 volts complete with all accessories internally/pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete.
