2 Pre-qualification Information :

The bidder should have a total annual turnover of minimum INR 1.5 Crore in the preceding three financial years i.e. FY 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25. Turnover in Rs. Crores

3 Bidder should have successfully installed and implemented/ commissioned minimum of 500 Nos. of the CCTV Cameras during the period April-2022 to March-2025.

4 Other pre-qualification creteria as mentioned in the Annexure-C

Copies of the valid certificates from authorized agencies and should be valid as on bid submission date.

g Bidder should have successfully installed and implemented/ commissioned minimum of 500 Nos. of the CCTV Cameras during the period April-2022 to March-2025. Bidder should have successfully installed and implemented/ commissioned/currently running the Operations & Maintenance phase in India during last five years till date of issuance of RFP. In-bus surveillance system with camera and mDVR/mNVR for Minimum of 200 Buses in Government Department or PSU or STU or Municipal Corporation Or in Commercial Heavy Passenger vehicles of TATA or Leyland or Eicher or Mercedes Benz or Volvo etc for the purpose of surveillance from maximum of Two projects.

h The sole bidder or any of the members in case of a consortium should not have been blacklisted by any Central / State Government Department / PSU in India as on the bid submission date.Self-declaration by the bidder (all the members of the Consortium individually, in case the bidder is a consortium) duly notarized and signed by the authorized signatory on Non – judicial stamp paper of INR 100/-.

i None of the bidders, either the sole bidder or each of the member in case of a consortium should be declared bankrupt or in the process of insolvency proceedings. Self-declaration by the Bidder (all the members of the Consortium individually, in case the Bidder is a consortium) duly notarized and signed by the authorized signatory on Non – judicial stamp paper of INR 100/- .

j The Bidder should have a registered office and service centres in Karnataka or shall establish the same within 60 days from the date of issue of Purchase Order within the jurisdiction of KSRTC. In this regard, a compliance certificate/ declaration to be submitted by the bidder on Rs. 20/- & above stamp Paper as per the format at Declaration-III (regarding restrictions on public procurements from bidders of such country/ countries which shares a Land Border with India.)
