Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete or stone wall surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layer on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls consisting of 1st layer of 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) and 2nd layer (setting coat or top layer) of 5 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished fair & even, complete, all as specified. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on internal faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on ceiling of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new undecorated plastered/concrete surfaces of walls by rubbing down and applying two coat of weather shield ultra exterior premium emulsion paint over and including one coat of weather coat primer, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilings & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

Material and labour 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in path, plinth protection, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6), 15mm thick for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Non skid Ceramic coloured /printed 7 to 8 mm thick (square rectangular) area of each the exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sq m laid as in floors, setting and jointed with cement slurry over and pointed with coloured cement to match with surfaces of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles coloured /printed tiles of size 450mmx350mm / 350mmx250mm x 6 to 7 mm thick setting & jointed with neat cement slurry as in dado, skirting etc and pointed with coloured cement to match with surface of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to a distance n exc 1.50Km complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Applying evenly compactible primer @ 0.4 litre per Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surfaces. (b) Applying a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade (ISI marked) @ 1.20Kg/Sqm (c) Laying of APP based polymeric water proof membrane sheet of weight not less than 3.0 kg/Sqm and thickness not less than 3mm, reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/Sqm) with minimum longitudinal end over laps of 100mm and horizontal side laps of 75mm and joints shall be finally thermo-fused with help of LPG flames, land on primed surface by forced application including removing old water proofing treatment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of membrane sheet :- Make- Sika/ Poly plast superior felt /Hyper Plast/Bengal Bitumen/STP. Note : -- (i) Membrane sheet also laid along the parapet upto 30cm height & inserted inside the groove & laid over a coat of bitumen as specified here-in-before. The groove shall be closed with CM (1:3 ) mortar Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account (ii) WPC shall be measured & paid under specified item of this Schedule. Nothing shall be entertained on this account. (iii) Contractor shall submit guarantee for 10 years from the date of completion of work. (iv) The amount against guarantee period for roof treatment shall be retained from the contractor's dues or contractor may furnish a fixed deposit receipt in favour of GE as issued by Nationalize Bank. (v) Amount of security deposit against the guarantee period for roof treatment shall be calculated as per the scales laid down for calculating Individual Security from total amount of roof treatment work.

M & L for PCC (1:5:10) type E-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sunken floor, surface finished fair & smooth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 30mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instructions as in sunken floor, surface finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked).

M & L for High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure of size 40mm bore, rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan (Orissa pattern) water closet (white) of size 580x440mm with integral foot rests, 'P' or 'S' trap, including connection to trap and flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe etc including provision of PCC (1:5:10) type E2 in filling, making good to floor, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing PVC valveless symphonic action type low level flushing cistern (ISI marked) of 10 litre capacity including 32 mm dia PVC flush pipe connected to water closet with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets as in repair complete all as specified

S&F in repairs 15 mm bore bib tap, cast copper alloy, fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore stop valve, chromium plated (concealed) cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle with long shank and cup for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing PVC connection 450 mm long suitable for 15 mm bore GI pipe including brass check nuts and union etc as in repairs complete all as specified.

S&F pillar taps, cast copper alloy with capstan heads chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered “Hot” or “Cold” with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for 15mm bore iron pipe and fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) (Nominal Mix), type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in chajjas and the like, including neccessary formwork & demolition and removing of existing reinforced cement concrete complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for providing cement concrete in roof padding, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters (without taking off shutter from frame) of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc. 2 Sqm each complete all as specified.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour sheets for top rail lock rail bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for Top rail and bottom rail paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to fitted on the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube in opening & edges shall be painted to match with printed sheet as per specifications inluding making good the disturbed surface to match the existing for toilet complete al as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing butt hinges of size 75mm medium weight, cold rolled mild steel ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.
