Customized flexible Composite Roofing Structure as per specifications given below : a) Design Design of steel structure as per IS 875 and relevant IS codes, required for development of shading structure for ricket pavilion building in MDU, Rohtak including design of supporting structure as per relevant IS codes, to comply with all statutory requirements under the building ordinance and inter related regulations and code of practice, including submission of design calculations ,preliminary as well as final drawings. All calculations and drawings shall be endorsed by a registered structural engineer certifying that the structural design complies with the design criteria, codes and standards and approved by Engineer in-charge. b) MS Built-up Section Work Fabricating, Assembling, hoisting, erecting and placing in position MS Built-up section/Tubular Structure ( MS built-up section : Rolled section & plates confirming to IS 2062,Tubular Structure : made from Steel hollow sections(CHS/RHS/SHS) (ERW), ISI marked conforming to IS 1161/4923, (from SAIL / RINL / TATA / JINDAL / BSL / APPOLO or equivalent) in the profile shape with special plate connector, pinion joints, plates, hollow sections etc for obtaining smooth curvature. The structure has to be provided as per approved drawings including all arch beams, curved lateral beams and bracings, vertical support columns, nodal joints, bases of columns and high tensile bolts. (The rate include the cost of scaffoldings, staging, hoisting, cranes, labour, tools and plants & equipment, transportation of material from workshop to site, assembling the segments and erection of the same) c) Flexible Composite Roof Sheeting Fabricating, assembling and erection tensile membran roofing in desired profile as per approved drawing, The membran should be weldable having a minimum 20 (Twenty) years warranty . The Roofing membran should be as per approved design, however it should have minimum light transmission of 6.46%, minimum radiation reflection of 81.54%, with g value of 11%, and residual elongation of < 0.5%. The Erection of the Flexible composite roofing membran shall be over steel structure frames with all fittings and fixtures. Complete as per Drawing / Detail & as per particular/ technical specifications and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Rate includes cost of flexible roofing membran, patterns, forming, cutting, fabrication, high frequency weld of flexible roofing sheet, transport to the site, assembling and installation with GI strands, hardware, EPDM gasket and required accessories wherever required complete including lifts up to all heights, tools & plants, and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations in all. The membran should be of approved Colour at least 20 years warranty. d) Painting Work The complete structure is to be coated with epoxy primer coats and two coats Polyurethane applications work at all locations in required DFT (dry film thickness) as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Make: ASIAN/ MRF/ BERGER/NEROLAC or Equivalent).
