Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep any type of soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for poles/stay assembly/cable all as specified and as directed.

M&L for road cutting, PCC hard standing with width 0.4 & depth 0.9 mtr including excavation for laying of GI pipe and making good the disturbed surfaces all as per existing surface all as specified and as directed.

All as per above item No. 1 here in before but for each additional 1.5 mtr or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.50 mtr all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25m thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material from site to a distance not exc 50mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement of GI Pipe light grade 80 mm bore for cable protection as a guard pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacment of GI Pipe light grade 50 mm bore for cable protection as a guard pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sub class 'B' bricks well burnt laid with length perpendicular to the axis of the cable in trenches for protection to cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & Laying in trenches Clear Sand for cushioning under ground cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above complete in level all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) Type C2 for foundation of pole, stay incl frame work where required all as specified and directed.

PCC (1:2:4) type B-I coping with 20 mm graded aggregate for poles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out/down unserviceable, defective cable any Type/size including disconnecting all the electrical connections all as required at site and all as directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 Sq mm, 2 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Wherever cable fixing/connection, suitable thimble should be used as per site situation AND Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, brick work and GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No. 13 here in before but cross sectional area 16 sq mm 2 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of Galvanised steel wire 4.0 mm dia for continuous earth wire and Cradles hexagonal/rectangular shall be provided and securely fastened to each pole and connected with earth ordinarily and cradle guarding where required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of Stay assembly complete with all accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1, including loop type insulator and stay clamps, Diameter of stay rod 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation and Concrete work will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Pre stressed concrete pole 9.0 meter long 102mmX172 mm at Top and 12 mm and 279 mm at bottom class 10 all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections i.e M.S. channel or angle sections etc. including new nuts, bolts, washers as reqd dia/length in size, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive one primer coat of red oxide, one under coat and one finishing coat of silver paint (1st quality ) as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement of Insulator Shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white,brown or green , shall be in one piece and shall have a groove on the side and a hole for a cotter pin and two galvanised bolts 12 mm dia and nuts with or without a pair of straps in size 31 x 3 mm as indicated size height 75 mm and dia 90 mm, for working pressure 1100 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement of Insulator Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white,brown or green including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade, shall be in one piece and have a top groove and shall be threaded to take galvanised mild steel pin complete as specified and as directed.

Labour for Cutting of tree branches 2 mtr above the conductor which are touching to the 11/9 mtr Over Head Lines in vertically & horizontally conductor and poles etc, complete clear in a standard Span in between two poles as per SSR Part-I, 19.59 and removing cutting material not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a distance level not exc 3 mtr from starting point, minimum 04 Nos of Mazdoor-man with ropes/cutting tools complete will be engaged for a standard one span at a forest/high gradient/any type of surfaces, follows safety measures as per IE Rules, all as specified and as directed. Note: Cutting of tree will be measured in unit mtr from pole to pole.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted / rusted surfaces of steel tubular poles 11/9 mtrs long type 410 SP-31,55 and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint up to 1.2 mtr height as per exising pattern above the P.C.C coping and two coat of aluminum paint (1st quality) beyond 1.2 mtr height (for the rest of portion) incl cross arms and channel, angle fitted on the pole incl wiriting pole numbers and cutting vegetation growth all arond and on the poles up to 1 mtr radius complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of PCC poles 11/9 mtrs long type 410 SP-31,55 and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint up to 1.2 mtr height as per exising pattern above the P.C.C coping and two coats of aluminium paint to cross arms and channel, angle fitted on the pole incl wiriting pole numbers and cutting vegetation growth all arond and on the poles up to 1 mtr radius complete all as specified and directed.
