B/R PORTION : - Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete block or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

M & L Rendering 15mm thick on faces of stone masonry in CM 1:6 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceilings (sunshed, chajja, fins etc) and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal walls, etc and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer over wall care putty (Twocoats of minimum 1 mm thick ) complete all as specified and directed.

Grinding of Existing Mosaic Floor Surface with admixture as directed in any floor & descripition after complete removal of strains, greasy spots etc washing with caustic soda & finally wax polished with machine complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- ( i ) The Grinding & Polishing work is to be caried out upto Seven Floors & Further Floors Surface including Skirting, Staircase Treads & Risers etc. ( ii ) Floor for Grinding & Polishing will not be given in full the same will be in part any number of times as ordered as such contractor to make arrangment of grinding & polishing machine as & when required, no claim what so ever will be entertained for work being carried out in piece meal. ( iii ) Quoted Rate is deeamed to be inclusive for above.

Cleaning of Existing ceramic tiles in flooring / wall with acid of suitable concentration, so that the tile joints not damaged and filling the tile joints with white cement mixed with pigments including junction of wall and floor and gratings, doorframe etc and finally cleaning with dry cloth the entire area including water supply / sanitary fiitings for entire satisfaction of Engr- in - charge.

E/M PORTION : - Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring(light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good distrubed surfaces of wall, floors, etc complete.

Re-wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable single core multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size, 1100 volts grade cable conforming to IS-694 1990 drawn in existing conduit concealed in wall/roof including replacement/provision of new MS terminal boxes fixed flush with wall surface with 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screw for mounting switches, sockets, regulator etc including 1.5 sqmm single core (FRLS) PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly all as specified for :- One light point controlled by one 5 Amps switch one way

Cutting chases in PCC/brick work, cutting not exc 10 cm girth, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good with cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of storage water heater (Geyser) of any size 50/35/25 ltrs capacity from existing position by disconnecting from water supply pipe line and electric connection mains carryout necessary repairs by replacing GI fittings, NRV, pressure release valve, brazing etc reconnecting with all fittings and acessories like heating elements, thermostat, indicator lamps including two coats of painting and refixing on same position after repair and making electric/water connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of 600 mm long PVC connection pipe, braided type, for HOT & COLD water supply with chromium plated brass screwed nuts at bolt ends with washers for making water connections for storage water heater(Geyser) to GI pipe 15mm complete as directed .

Taking down ceiling/exhaust fan dismantling and painting of ceiling/exhaust fan complete at site with synthetic enamel paint by spraying incl (fittings with filler) one coat after cleaning all dust etc incl connecting up. Provn of twin core cable of suitable size for ceiling rose to connector connecting of earth wire incl replacement of fan capacitor 2.5/3.15 MFD,canopy, bearing/bush, rubber bushes minor nuts bolts screws washers greassing in fan bearing & refix same complete all as directed

Rewinding of ceiling fan with appropriate size of copper enamelled wire including varnishing ,heating with proper insulation complete and testing all as specified and directed .

M&L, for taking down old unserviceable earthing and providing new Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit depth not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to earth using GI earth wire of 4mm dia by means of of nuts, bolts and washer and check nuts of GI or steel as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR-2009 (Part-I) and connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion with and including 15mm bore light grade GI protection pipe 7.5 metre long for earth including PCC (1:2:4) pit with RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover, 40mm thick reinforced with 6mm dia MS bars @ 100mm both ways with lifting hooks made out of 6mm dia MS bars, watering arrangement with 20mm dia light grade pipe, funnel, wire mesh, common salt chorcoal, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified.
