M&L for precast RCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in CM 1:4, including necessary formwork complete. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for high yield strength deformed TMT steel bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil.

M&L for PCC Type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for RCC M-30 (design mix) (using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete.

M&L for RCC M-30 (design mix) (using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in retaining walls.

M&L for providing steel formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified.

M&L for providing steel formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter, for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified.

Removing excavated soil material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete Type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate), block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L PCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in copings, cills, benching of manholes, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, levelling course, kerbs water troughs and the like including use of formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete.
