Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation pipeline trenches, drains not exceeding 1.5 m in width 10sq.m on plan including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms for all lift including getting out the excavated soil & disposal of surplus soil for all lead and in all types of soft stratas comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties shingles, pebbles all types of conglomerates, laterite rocks, ordinary rocks, soft rock disintergrated rocks, fissured, shuttered/decomposed rock, weathered rocks and all such other materials as described under appendix A to these specification either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any method / methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling, wedging etc, blasting prohibited and in all conditions such as dry , moist , foul, saturated submerged etc including providing barricading, danger lighting guarding and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge etc.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mts. lead.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping, sand papering and preparing surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

WATERPROOFING; Providing and applying on a well prepared horizontal surface Coniroof 2111 of BASF make or equivalent Supply and Installation of BBA Approved spray applied waterproofing membrane system, a multi-layered system comprising, primer, waterproofing membrane. The product shall have the green label certificate. The primer shall be CONCRESSIVE 2525 or equivalent, a two component, solvent free epoxy resin based. The fast-drying primer shall be CONCRESSIVE 2525 or equivalent, a two component, solvent free epoxy resin based. It shall be formulated to meet the requirements of non tainting for usage in food storage and potable grade structures. It shall be fully compatible with CONCRESSIVE Range of repair mortars. Dried, graded MASTERTOP SRA no. 3 sand or equivalent is immediately and evenly spread over the entire wet surface by hand or mechanically. When sufficiently cured the surface is vacuumed to remove any loose sand. Waterproofing Membrane: The waterproofing membrane shall be CONIPUR M 800 or equivalent, a solvent free two component spray applied system. Ladders supporting materials etc. complete. Rates shall be inclusive of all labour, materials, tools and plant etc. complete.

18mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and top layer 6mm thick with cement plaster 1: 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with sponge.

12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Painting three or more coats with acryllic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture (Such as Dulex/ Asian Paints/ Sherwin Willians) including applying one coat of cement primer and one coat of surface treatment etc. complete.

Wall painting (two or more coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on new work to give an even shade.

Dismantling tiled roofing (mangalore or pot or country tiles) with battens etc. complete including stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mts. lead.

Waterproofing of sunken slabs, toilet blocks, terraces on slabs under brickbats, roofs, watertanks. Cleaning the surface and filling cracks (if any), applying EPCO ACR wherever necessary, Providing and Moistening the surface with water to render it saturated. Mix Cement and Monobond WF in the ratio of 1.25 kg to 1 by weight and stir continuously. Apply minimum 2 coats with an interval of 12 hours minimum between the coats. Fix fiber mesh while the first coat is still tacky. Cure with sprinkling of water 3-4 times a day. incl. cost of scaffolding transport etc. as per dir of EIC. All the chemicals will be of Krishna Conchem Products Pvt. Ltd. or Equivalent
