M&L for 80mm thickness M-40 grade Machine pressed precast concrete factory made paver block confirming to IS-15658-2006 (topping thickness not less than 5mm thick with white cement and colour pigment non fadable epoxy coating) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 60mm thickness M-35 grade Machine pressed precast concrete factory made paver block confirming to IS-15658-2006 (topping thickness not less than 5mm thick with white cement and colour pigment non fadable epoxy coating) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC type C2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in Sub -base, floor and pavings etccomplete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), making drainage opening wherever required including excavation in any type of soil for laying, demolition of old kerb stone and removal beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in cover slabs (for septic tanks, manholes and the like) and similar articles including necessary moulds/fromwork set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash brick (nominal size) sub class'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) including demolition of existing brick work, removal of rubbish complete all as spedified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 13 but except bricks using old serviceable bricks.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks (Old Size bricks), sub class'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick walls, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , fillet, gola, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick masonary /concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel any inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Frame work such as door or gates, covers of angle or other section with gueset plate, rails,braces, MS sheet, round wire, etc, including hooks, hold fast, locking arrangement, hanging arrangement, fastening and fixing complete to similar work conferming to fe-290 Gde E-165 structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of fencing, wire mesh of any type and in any position by unscrewing nuts fillets, clamps etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in concrete including taking out embedded portion, making good disturbed ground and removal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barded with 2mm dia wire at 75 mm spacing, straining and fixing to any type of standard rail, standard bolts including securing or tying at crossing with galvanized mild steel wire staple or steel pins complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line of wire to be measured separately.

S&F 3.15 mm dia, galvanized steel wire chain link fencing 50mm x 50 mm mesh, including binding wire / line wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel bolts (machine made) with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other end, each screw end to be fitted with two washers and one nut hexagonal, dia of shank 12mm, length of bolt 50mm to 100mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 10 mm dia mild steel round bars as in stiffener to chain link fencing including necessary cutting bedding etc. conforming to Grade-I, IS 432-2000 (Part-I) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild Steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notiching for wire etc, flat iron 40x6 mm fillet (for securing wire mash etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or revetting etc including tarring to embaded steel work and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe-310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cleaning blockage of bathroom/kitchen/WHB by cleaning Nahani traps/gully traps of all the mud/sludge etc, getting out, washing thoroughly grating of trap, CI waste pipes by opening the clearing/cleaning eyes, deposting sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance exceeding 100 meters but not exceeding 500 meters from the gully trap, covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all necessary excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and directed. Note: The complaint shall be attended and cleared by the contractor within 24 Hrs. A penality of Rs 100 per complaint per day shall be recovered from contractor's dues if the compaint is not cleared within 24 hrs.

M&L Cleaning blockage of WC indian or European type, getting out and removing all mud/ sludge, cleaning of SGSW or CI pipe line upto First manhole, deposting sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance exceeding 100 meters but not exceeding 500 meters, covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all necessary excavations and earth work complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) The complaint will be attended and cleared by the contractor within 24 Hrs. (b) A penality of Rs 100 per complaint per day to be recovered if the compaint is not cleared within its stipulated time.

M&L Cleaning of existing sewage pipe lines 100mm/150/200mm internal dia at any depth inciuding manholes by removing manhole covers of any type / size and cleaning by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine manually as requierd at site, from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning including getting out sludge and liquid materals from connecting manholes deposited in sewer line, removing the solids and sludge to a distance not less than 500m and reinstating the manhole cover to its oiginal postion (cost of removal of sludge/liquid material from sewage lines and manholes in same line is included in rate of this item complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Rate quoted includes for keeping particular sewage line for cleaning, functional for full contract period which is once undertaken. (b) The complaint will be attended and cleared by the contractor within 24 Hrs. (c) A penality of Rs 100 per complaint per day shall be recovered if the compaint is not cleared within 24hrs.

M&L for Removing manholes covers (CI or RCC) of any type manholes (rectangular/circular), de-sluding of septic tank of capacity upto 25 User using mechanical pumping by plugging of inlet as requried, removing/carrying the effluent/sludge beyond MOD land, making septic tank fully functional, re-instating manholes cover to its original postion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In Charge. Note: Quoted rate shall deemed to be included for keeping the septic tank functional for full contract period once undertaken for de-sludging.

M&L for taking down/taking out old broken cast iron pipes from walls / floors (upto 1st manhole) including necessary excavation in trenches, removal of surplus soil and returning filling in or demoletion of plinth protection, making good where required in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as per existing specifications etc and supplying and fix (or laying in trenches) new 100mm bore cast iron (sand cast) pipe or along the walls with MS clamps of standard specifications, jointing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rates shall include demoletion of plinth protection etc and making good where required. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains for ineternal dia of pipe 150mm, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars including demolition and breaking up RCC/SWG/AC/PVC drain pipes of upto 200mm bore and removal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains for ineternal dia of pipe 150mm, making good to pipe and rendering , cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, smooth finished, reforming benching as required complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes 150 bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement conctrete type C-2, 1:3:6, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified & directed.

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, well, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct : Total amount of SCH 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs. 74790.00 to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
