Taking down chowket or frame n.exc 1.50 sqm with shutters (wihtout taking of shutter from frame ) etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item but exc 1.50 Sqm but n.exc 4.00 Sqm

Taking down shutter exc. 1.0 Sqm and not exc.2.0 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F single side prelaminated solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x47 mm made out of 5 mm colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS tube , fixed in opening complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick( stile), consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rail. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm size PVC butt hinges extruded with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium, anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section of 150mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium handles extruded type ,anodised of 125 mm size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75mm long double legged door stopper of aluminium alloy with rubber complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F in repair aluminium anodized hasp & staple safety type with mild steel hinge pin incl. bolt to hinge plate fixed with screws of 100mm length complete all as specified and directed.
