Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips 5.6 mm size with hexagonal square mesh wire netting, I.R.C. fabric mesh or X.P. M. fitted and fixed after tying the existing reinforcement on concrete without distributing the same and with proper scarping and cleaning the reinforcement and disturbed concrete with wire brush etc. after applying a coat of cement including the cost of wire netting I.R.C or X. P. M. & cost of all handling and scaffolding complete as per direction of Engineer-in -charge.

a) 20 mm thick

Artificial stone in floor, dado, staircase etc. with cement conctrete (1:2:4) with stone chips laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners including raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface and application of cement slurry before flooring works, using cement @ 1.75 kg./sq.m. all complete including all materials and labour In ground floor. 3 mm. thick topping (High polishing grinding on this item is not permitted) with ordinary cement. Using grey cement.

(iii) 35 mm.thick .

Wood work in door and window frame fitted and fixed in position complete including a protective coat of painting at the contact surface of the frame excluding cost of concrete, Iron Butt Hinges and M.S clamps. (The quantum should be corrected up to three decimals).

(d) Sal : Local. (Add. above ground floor - 1st. floor)

Supplying solid flush type doors of commercial quality, the timber frame consisting of top and bottom rails and side styles of well seasoned timber 65mm wide each and the entire frame fitted with 37.5mm wide battens places both ways in order to make the door of solid core and internal lipping with Garjan orsimilar wood veneers using phenol formaldehyde as glue etc. complete, including fitting, fixing shutters in position but excluding the cost of hinges and other fittings in ground floor

(a) 35 mm thick shutters (single leaf) (Add. above ground floor - 1st. floor)

Anodise aluminium barred/tower/socket bolt (full covered) of approved manufactured from extruded section conforming to I.S.204/74 fitted and Fixed with cadmium plated screws:.

(viii) 225 mm long x 12 mm dia. bolt.

Anodise aluminium Aldrop/Sliding bolts of approved quality manufactured form extruded section conforming to I.S. specifictation (I.S.2681/66) fitted and fixed complete.

(ii) 250 mm x 19 mm dia. bolt.

Anodised aluminium butt hinges of approved quality manufactured from extruded section conforming to I.S. specification (I.S.205/66) and fitted and fixed with cadmium plated screws:.

(vi) 125 x 63 x 3.2 mm.

Anodised aliminium D-type handle of approved quality manufactured from extruded section conforming to I.S. specification (I.S.230/72) fitted and fixed complete:.

(a) With continuous plate base (hexagonal/round rod).

(vi) 150 mm grip x 10 mm dia rod.

supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. clamps for door and window frame made of flat bent bar , end bifurcated with necessary screws etc. by cement concrete (1:2:4) as per direction . ( cost of concrete will be paid separately).

(a) 40mm x 6mm, 250mm Length .

(i) Hydraulic door closer of approved quality as per I.S.I. standard fitted and fixed complete :.

(b) Medium (I.S.I. size 2).

Supplying bubble free float glass of approved make and brand. Conforming to IS: 2835-1987.

(iv) 5 mm thick coloured / tinted / smoke glass.

Plaster ( to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering conrners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (ground floor). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface].

(i) with 1:6 cement mortar.

(c)15 mm. thick plaster. (Add. above ground floor - 1st. floor)

Plaster ( to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering conrners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (ground floor). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface].

(ii) With 1:4 cement mortar .

(c)10 mm. thick plaster. (Add. above ground floor - 1st. floor)

Applying interior grade acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to received distemper /Acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface thoroughly , complete as per manufactured specification and as per directions of the EIC.In ground floor.

(a) one coat.

(i) water based interior grade Acrylic primer.

Applying acrylic emulsion paint of approved make and brand on walls and ceiling including sand papering in intermediated coats including putty ( to be done under specific instructions of superintending engineer): (two coats).

(i) Standard quality.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand parpering etc. in cluding using of approved putty etc. on the surface , if necessary.

(a) On timber or plastered surface: .

(2)With other than hi gloss of approved quality.

(iv) Two coats (with any shade except white).

Supplying, fitting and fixing white vitreous china best quality approved make wash basin with C.I. Brackets on 75 mm X 75mm wooden blocks, C.P. waste fittings of 32 mm dia., one approved quality brass C.P. pillar cock of 15 mm dia., C.P. chain with rubber plug of 30mm dia, approved quality P.V.C.waste pipe with C.P. nut 32mm dia., 900 mm long approved quality P.V.C. connection pipe with heavy brass C.P.nut including mending good all damages and painting the brackets with two coats of approved paint.

550 mm x 400 mm size.

Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of approved make of of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD-1785 and threaded to match with GI Pi;es as per IS:1239 (Part-I) with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting piles, making threads, fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required, jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accessories, specials. Payment for painting will be made seperately).

For Exposed Work PVC Pipes.

Supplying, fitting and fixing bib cock or stop cock.

Chromium plated Bib Cock short body (Equivelent to Code No.511 & Model- Tropical /sumthing special of ESSCO or Similar brand).

Supplying, fitting and fixing stainless steel sink complete with waste fittings and two coats of painting of C.I. brackets.

Sink only.
